WinWin's POV

I saw something shiny on the ground. I picked it up and saw that it's a ring, someone's must've lost it. I looked around and saw only one person around. I walked quickly to get to the girl. "Excuse me?" She turns around, she looks so sweet. "Is this maybe yours?" I showed her the ring. "Oh yes, where did you find it?" She asked. "Over there, it must've slipped from your finger." She smiles at it and then looks at me. "Thank you! It really means a lot to me."

"It's be sad to lose a ring you got from your boyfriend or husband." She shook her head. If that wasn't awkward. "Girlfriend?" She shook her head again. "I got this from my mom before I moved here, it's like a lucky charm." She explains. "Oh I'm sorry. That was so stupid from me to think. People can wear rings without having a relationship." I scratched the back of my neck. "You're also wearing a ring, are you in a relationship?"

I shake my head no. "Just a ring, my group mates have the same ones." I explain. "Group mates? Are you part of a sports team?" She asks. "I'm an idol." I tell her. "Really, well I'm sorry for not knowing you." She apologises. "It's okay, really. At least you are not some crazy fan who gets into my privacy." I laugh a little awkward. "Does that happen a lot?" The girl asks. "It definitely happens but I sort of got used to it."

"That's not okay, you shouldn't be used to it. And people should mind their own business, it's your private life." She was so understanding and caring. "Uh, can I maybe know your name?" I asked suddenly. "I'm y/n, nice to meet you." She trails off, not knowing my name. "Sicheng, but my stage name is WinWin." She smiles when hearing my name. "Nice to meet you Sicheng."

"Nice to meet you too, y/n. But I have to go now, my break is almost at it's end. Maybe we'll see each other around." Y/n nods. "I hope so, see you later Sicheng." We both go our own ways. I really hope to see her soon, y/n's really nice. I look at the time and know I have to get back to the practice room, right now.

Y/N's POV

"You don't know what happened to me." I say to my friend when arriving at the café. "What happened?" He asks. "I just met an idol but I didn't know he was. He's so cute and nice, he gave me my ring back." My friend's eyes widened. "Who was it? You know his name?" He asks. "Sicheng, but his stage name's something like WinWin, if I'm right." His mouth in an o shape. "You met Dong Sicheng?! You lucky ass. That ring your mom gave must have some powers or something."

I looked at the ring, it's really a special one. I've never seen one like this, ever. Maybe it has some powers, but that's impossible magic doesn't exist. Or does it? "Who knows. But how have you been?" I tried changing the subject just to keep the talk ongoing. But I couldn't stop looking at my ring.

"Oh my god, I think that are some of the WayV members. Just right in front of us." My friend whispers in my ear. "WayV? Who's that?" I asked. "Ouch, that you still don't know them. Remember when you said you met Sicheng, he's part of that group." He was all whispering so the few guys in front of us couldn't hear him. "Oh really? Well they all have masks on, I can't really tell if Sicheng's here too." I might have said it a little too loud.

The guy right in front of me turns around. Seeing his eyes were enough. "Sicheng, it's you! Nice to see you again." I smile seeing the familiar guy again. "Y/n! It's been so long, maybe we should exchange numbers so we maybe can keep contact." My friend nudging me with his elbow. "Ouch, stop it you weirdo." I tell him, he straight up facepalmed from embarrassment. "Uh yes sure, I'd like exchanging numbers." I said. "Just promise me to not tell anyone else, this can get me in trouble with my manager."

"Trust me, I can keep secrets." He smiles. "Great, here's my number. Text me whenever you want." I thank him. "See you around, bye!" He waves me goodbye as he got his order and walked out with the 2 other boys. "You are so so lucky! I'm telling you it's that ring!" My friend points at the shining little thing on my finger. "If you really think so, it's probably some coincidence."

"Mom, hey it's been a while." I was video calling my mom. "Hey, how is it there? How are you doing?" She asks. "It's great, I'm doing fine. I just have a little question." I start. "Go ahead." Mom says. "It's about the ring you gave me. Ever since I have it good things happen to me. Like things that usually don't happen, do happen now. Like I met this guy once and then I haven't seen him for a couple weeks. But when I was at Starbucks I met him again and we exchanged numbers and we've been talking a lot lately."

"I told you, it's a lucky charm." She smiles. I guess I'm starting to believe in it, the ring is definitely something special. "And who's the guy? Do you like him?" She asks, interested in my life. "His name's Sicheng, he's really the sweetest person ever! And I think I like him, yes. It's just, he's an idol, I don't think we can date."

Later that night I received a message, from Sicheng. He wants to come over. All of a sudden, but it'll be fun. Last time we jokes around and had the best time together. I texted him that he can come. In the time I quickly cleaned up the little mess. I opened the door after a knock was heard. "Hey, I brought snacks. Hope you're up for it." I nod smiling. We played some music while eating the snacks and talking a bit. "Y/n, I actually wanted to tell you something." I look at him, he seems nervous.

"You can tell me anything. Don't worry." He smiles before starting to talk. "Thanks. I actually, it might sound stupid but in this past weeks I started developing feelings for you. I really like you y/n. I hope this doesn't make our friendship awkward." He confesses. "It doesn't make anything awkward. I like you too." I tell him. "Then, will you be my girlfriend?" I nod happily. We hug tight. My arms wrapped around his neck. I see my ring again, my lucky charm.
