Jeno's POV

"Hey!" I greet my friends as I arrived at school. "Why are you so late? Class starts soon already." Renjun asks. "My mom gave me a 15 minute speech." I sigh. "About?" Donghyuck asks. "Nothing important." I lied. It definitely was about something but I don't want them to start about it as well. "Let's go to class shall we." We split up going each to our own classes.

There he was. The boy I like so much, Na Jaemin. "Why are you late? I've been waiting for 10 minutes all alone." He whines. "It's my mom. She thinks I'm in a relationship and she doesn't like that. She gave me a speech the whole morning long." No one knows about my relationship with Jaemin, why? Because a lot of people are against gay couples. Also my parents.

"I'm sorry to hear that. You want to come to my place after school?" I shook my head. "I can't. Mom told me to come home right after school." I sigh sadly. "But She didn't say anything about bringing people home? So can I come to your place. I'll be a friend of yours." I smile again. "She indeed didn't say anything about that. I'll wait at your classroom when school's over." Just right then the bell rang, students walking in all at once. Followed by our biology teacher.

"You have strawberries? Can I have one, please?" Jaemin pleads seeing my whole lunchbox. "Sure, I'll share. This is too much for only me." I smile. "Sometimes y'all looking like a married couple." Haechan says in disgust. "You don't have to say anything. You're practically married with Mark." Jaemin comments. "And what's wrong with it anyway?" The boys were silent, we never talked about this before.

"I never said there's anything wrong with it. But you're friends not a couple, so act normal." For once I thought we could tell them, but I was wrong. "I think it'd be cute." Chenle sits down next to us, together with Jisung. "Really?" I ask and he nods. "Why are we even talking about this. Jeno this weekend we have an important game." Haechan changes the topic. "Oh uh yes, that's true. I hope everyone will be prepared. We can't lose this time."

Jaemin's POV

I took my books and walked out my class to see Jeno waiting. "I first have to bring this to my locker." He nods and follows me. Once I finished that we walked out to Jeno's house. "This is the first time that I'll be at your home." I smiled excited. "True. Please don't be too obvious. If my mom knows she'll kick you out and kill me." Jeno seemed extremely nervous. "Calm down okay. It'll be fine. She won't know." I peck his cheek quickly, hoping it'll calm him down.

He opens the door with the keys and we walk in. "It's beautiful here." I look around seeing cute family pictures on the walls. "Mom I'm home. There's a friend here because we need to work on a school project." His mom walks out of a room and smiles at me. "Oh hello." She greets me. "I'm Na Jaemin, nice to meet you." I bowed. "Jeno never brings friend home. It's nice to have you here. Just start your work already, I'll get you 2 some snacks and drinks."

I follow Jeno to his room. "Your mom is so nice. I can't believe she's the same woman that's against you dating and being gay." He shushes me placing his hand on my mouth. "Don't say it too loud! She can't know remember." We take our books and start working on our project. "Here are some strawberries and some juices. Let it taste boys." She leaves us again. "Oh strawberries. How many do you have here?" I asked eating them. "We grow them in the backyard."

"Ah I have to go home now. It's already late." I looked at the time. "Can you come to my game this weekend? It's very important to me." Jeno asks cutely. "Of course, I'll be there." I wink at him. We walk to the front door. "It was nice to meet you Ms. Lee." I say bye to Jeno's mom. "Are you already leaving? Well I hope to see you soon." She smiles. "Why don't you come to Jeno's game this weekend?" She nods. "I'll be there!"
