JORDAN'S P.O.V

Malam yang saya balik after the incident in Bella's house during the engagement party, saya tidak berdaya sudah. Saya sakit kepala, sampai bengkak mata saya menangis. Kering sudah air mata saya, yang saya mampu hanya landing di katil, muka di bantal and in a few seconds saya tertidur.

In the morning I woke up early and cepat-cepat get ready to go visit and take care of dad. Saya minum my coffee and zoom out of the house. Bila saya sampai di ward dad, 2 nurses sedang urus dad's medication. Dad is given antipsychotic and antidepressant pills to control his schizophrenia. Yes, dad is diagnosed with Schizoaffective disorder that caused him to be depressed, moody and hallucinates.

"Ummm, Dr. Choong, saya sudah kasi ubat sama Mr. Choong." Nurse yang tinggi lampai informed saya sambil dia senyum tersipu-sipu. Sejak dorang tahu yang saya doctor juga, baik betul dorang sama saya dan dad. Malah, terlebih baik.

I know that selepas makan ubat, dad will rasa mengantuk and fall asleep. So I decided to feed dad his bubur after he wakes up. Saya usap-usap kepala daddy sambil humming to his favourite wedding song sampai dad tertidur. Then saya tidak sedar saya pun tertidur. Saya terjaga dari tidur when I feel something shaking on my lap, like bergegar ni. Not something.. but someone!

"Mmm...?" Saya terasa macam lembut-lembut. Seakan saya tersentuh kelembutan rambut Bella. "Sweetheart?" Masih mamai-mamai lagi saya ni.

I looked down at my lap. BELLA? Saya mimpi ni kan? Baru semalam Bella halau saya and never wanted to see me again. Baru semalam Bella meluahkan how we lost our baby.

"Baby." Sebak suara Bella.

"Am I dreaming?" I smiled down at Bella. Mimpilah bah saya ni.

Bella shook her head, saya terasa paha saya basah. Apa ni? Air mata? Betulkah ni? Then saya terasa Bella's lips on my hands, my fingers, my palms. DUBS jantung saya!

No, this is not a dream! I reached out to cup Bella's face.

"Bella, sweetheart. How?"

"Forgive me, bae." Bella whispered. My Bella. "I'm so... sor... sorry, baby."

"No, no. Don't say that." Saya went down on my knees and took Bella in my arms. "It's me. It's not your fault, sweetheart."

"I love you, Jordan." Oh God. She still loves me. Betul apa Bella's mom said last night, naluri seorang ibu memang kuat kan?

"I love you more, Bella." I kissed Bella lovingly, and I slowly slid the diamond ring into her ring finger that was supposed to be there at all times.

Bila dad sudah terbangun, bubur dad yang masih ada di flask saya tuang dalam mangkuk and ready to kasi makan dad, but Bella stopped me.

"Let me, bae." Terkejut saya Bella sudi suap my dad with such a sweet smile on her face.

"Sweetheart you don't ha-" saya membantah.

"It's okay." Bella took the bowl and spoon from my hands. "Daddy, aaaaa..."

"Aaaaa" Dad pun menurut juga. DADDY? Bella called my father daddy? Menitis air mata saya. "You're pretty." Siok-siok dad makan, then suddenly dad bersuara! "Who are you?"

Terkejutnya saya! Dad sounded so normal. Like the daddy I used to know.

"That's the first time." Sebak dada saya.

"First time?" Bella tanya kehairanan.

"Dad never sounded nor... normal." I explained. "Dad's hallucinations are bad."
