Chapter 21

Ayisha's POV

One week na lang at evaluation test na. Kinakabahan ako ng sobra dahil hindi ko makita ang progress sa tutorial lesson namin ni Lance.

Hindi ko alam kung bakit patuloy pa rin si Lance sa pag-tuturo sa akin kahit alam niyang wala namang mararating ang lahat ng 'to.

Nasa classroom ako ngayon at ibinigay ni Sir Philip ang time niya para makapag-aral kami para sa evaluation test namin. Kaya naman busy ang mga classmates habang ako naman ay binabasa ang notes na ibinigay sa akin ni Lance kahapon.

Ang ganda ng sulat kamay ng Ate ni Lance. Akala ko nga ay nag-iisang anak lang si Lance pero may kapatid pa pala siya.

"Everyone, please stop what you're doing right now. I just want to tell you something."

Napatingin kaming lahat ng magsalita si Claire sa harapan, ang aming class president.

"I know that you know that there was a big meeting yesterday at Royal Marchand University. And we know that after the evaluation test, a lot of events will happen, and on our foundation day there will be a contest called "Mr. and Ms. Marchand 2020," and each classroom should have a representative. And since we will have a survey of who will be our representative for the class," saad ni Claire at tumango na lamang ako kahit hindi ko siya masyadong naintindihan.

"Then who is the candidate for that?" Tanong naman ni Megan.

"Of course, the princes, Prince Harley and Prince Lance," sagot ni Claire.

"What about for the miss?"

"Well, it's their choice who will be their partner for this event," Claire says. "So are there any questions? If there are none, then I will give you the papers for the survey. Just circle the name of your bet and after that, I will tell you tomorrow who is our representative for this event," saad ni Claire at ipinamigay na ang papel na hawak niya.

Nang matanggap ko na ang papel ay napasimangot na lamang ako. Bakit sila Harley at Lance lang ang nandito? Bakit wala sila Theo at Andrei?

Hindi ko alam kung bakit may ganito pang klase ng event pero syempre pumili na rin ako sa dalawang candidates at pagkatapos kong makapili ay ipinasa ko naman agad ito sa president namin.

"I hope that everyone voted for this survey and you may now take your lunch guys," saad ni Claire at nasapo ko na lamang ang aking noo ng makalimutan ko ang sandwich na hinanda ko sa bahay. Shocks.
