"Méalla?" Hayley peeked out from behind Méalla's bedroom door. Méalla was braiding her hair in front of her mirror.
"Yes, love?" Méalla gestured for her to come sit. Hayley came and sat tentatively on the bed.
"I did something. And I need your advice." Hayley said quietly.
"Are you okay?" Méalla asked immediately, worried.
"Yes I'm fine."
"What happened then?" Méalla sat next to Hayley.
"I went through Elijah's journals to find out where he buried Celeste and told Sophie because she promised to undo the curse on the werewolves and now I'm worried because Davina's been drawing Celeste and calling her a big evil." Hayley explained.
"Have you told Elijah?"
"No. I was wondering if you could give me advice on how."
"Well, love, Elijah appreciates honesty. He'll want to hear it from you and he's not going to be happy. However, he's mastered the art of forgiveness if you give him time and show you are sorry." Méalla said gently.
Hayley nodded her head. Suddenly, an earthquake ripples through the foundations of the house and Méalla heard Marcel screaming Davina's name anxiously. She and Hayley shared a look and rushed to the girl's bedroom.
"What the hell was that?" Méalla rushed in to see Davina throwing up dirt.
"I-I'm not sure." Davina answered."Why the fuck is witchbitch still here Elijah?" Méalla groaned as soon as she walked into the room.
"We have a witch problem, we need a witch solution." Elijah ignored Méalla's glare, continuing talking to Sophie.
"So you have stolen the remains of the very person that Davina's been drawing for months. Would you care to explain this startling coincidence?"
"I can't. I didn't even know who Celeste Dubois was until I..." The house shook fiercely, like the earthquake from before. "Was that Davina?" "Charming little habit she's developed." Klaus said dryly.
"And the earthquake I felt today?" Sophie asked, panic lacing her voice.
"Also Davina, and she's taken to vomiting dirt." Rebekah chimed in.
"Oh. We have a huge problem. I thought that we had more time, but we need to complete the harvest now." Sophie said anxiously.
"Said the desperate witch conveniently." Méalla quipped.
"I'm serious. That earthquake you just felt a preview of the disaster movie that is about to hit us."
"Why should we believe you?" Elijah asked.
"You've met Davina, you know her story. For months now, she's been holding all the power of the three girls sacrificed in the harvest ritual. A force that was meant to flow through her and back into the earth. One person was never meant to hold that much power. It's tearing her apart, and it will take us down with it."
Méalla glanced at Elijah, skeptical."According to Sophie, as Davina self-destructs, she'll cycle through four stages that represent the four elements that bound together the harvest." Méalla told Hayley.
"The earthquake?" Father Kieran asked Klaus. He nodded his head.
"Yes. Earth stage comes first.""Then comes wind, and since each stage is more intense than the last, let's just say you'll blow the roof off this place." Rebekah told Davina.
"Then after the wind is water." Klaus told the priest.
"Rain, flood. How bad?"
"Quite bad actually, but that's not the worst of it.""The last stage is fire, and since it's the last..." Méalla told Hayley.
"It will be by far the worst. But I didn't take over this town to watch it burn to the ground." Klaus explained to Father Kieran.
"You can stop this, right?"
"Yes, but you're not gonna like how.""They want to complete the harvest." Rebekah told Davina.
"No!"
"The witches say you'll be resurrected."
"They're liars! They'll say anything to get what they want Just like Marcel, just like you." "Davina, you may think that I don't care about you, but you're wrong. I know what it's like to have your life stripped away from you because of other people's bad decisions. How do you think I became a vampire?""You've convinced my siblings. You have yet to convince us." Elijah told Sophie, gesturing to him, Méalla and Marcel.
"We don't have time to waste. The first sign's already come and gone." Sophie insisted.
"So fix her." Marcel said
"She can't be fixed." Sophie ran a hand through her hair. "She can't be saved. This will not stop at the earth sign, and if you wait it out, you immortals will be the only ones left to argue about it."
