*Alex's POV*
The second I laid her down on the bed I went to the library. I've heard of these creatures before but never thought they were real. I quickly go to the books on the extinct and search for the witch/wizard-like creatures. I don't understand how they could create a werewolf. Unless she was adopted?
It's clear that the abuse that Skyler has gotten is from her parents. I won't let her get hurt any longer even if it means losing my own life. I skim over the lines until I find out how to defeat them:
"In order to defeat a witch or wizard, it must happen on a full moon. Specifically for a wolf since the full moon gives them much more strength and energy. To defeat them simply mix together grey leaves, human blood, and ashes from a fire. Together make it into a small ball to shoot out of a gun. Once you see the witch or wizard in which you want to defeat, you strike. They will slowly begin to evaporate into thin air."
Thankfully I know some farmers not too far from here who grow grey leaves otherwise the rest we can figure out ourselves. I will save Skyler and get her free from this mess even if it's the last thing I do.
