Jessica's eyes shot open. When she looked around, all she saw was white.

"Hello?" Jessica's voice seemed to echo.

"Hi." A voice replied back. It sounded exactly like Jessica's voice.

"Who's there?"

"Who's not?" The voice chuckled.

Jessica growled. "Who are you?!"

The voice sighed. Soon, a woman that looked exactly like Jessica appeared. The only thing different about her was that she had dark brown hair.

"Melissa?"

"Hello, Jessica." Melissa smiled.

Jessica lightly chuckled. "Man, we always meet on the strangest occasion."

"Actually, this is more than strange." Melissa held her hands behind her back. "I called you here."

"Wait," Jessica held up her pointer finger. "You called me here? Is that why I heard voices? Is that why I passed out!?"

"Now now," Melissa held out her hands. "Calm down, Jessica. I did this because I know we are close to something."

"And that's why you made me pass out?!" Jessica shook her head. "My god, why couldn't you just appear to me?!"

"I called you here because we are getting closer to a separation spell."

Jessica stared at Melissa. "What did you say?"

"The separation spell, we're close to it. I can feel it."

"But why all the drama?" Jessica asked. "Why did you knock me out?!"

Melissa sighed heavily. "It's already hard enough to appear to you. Doing this was much easier."

Jessica shook her head and rolled her eyes. "And you told me you have no control over my powers."

"I-I um..."

"How much of this stuff is actually the truth, huh?" Jessica's asked as she crossed her arms over her chest. "Why have you been lying to me?"

"Lying?" Melissa looked confused. "I haven't—"

"You told me that you don't control my powers. But here we are!" Jessica motioned around to the white room. "You made me pass out! You called me here!"

Melissa nervously chuckled. "Okay, maybe I have but—"

"Let me out of this. NOW!"

Melissa sighed. She played with her hands. "I can't."

"What do you mean you can't?" Jessica asked angrily.

"You're powers are here and there. I only had one chance to bring you here. Waking you up is another thing."

Jessica ran her hands through her hair.

"How long am I going to be stuck like this for?!"

Melissa shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know."

"Great, just great!" Jessica sat herself down on the floor.

"Let's get back to the separation spell." Melissa said carefully as she lowered herself to the floor.

"Fine." Jessica huffed. "What about it?"

"The separation spell is in a book." Melissa said as she looked at Jessica. "It's called the book of the damned."

"How do I find it?" Jessica asked.

"No one knows where it really is." Melissa replied. "I just know that it's close. Not too close. But close."

Jessica scoffed. "Well that sure makes sense." The woman clapped her hands together. "So, how long is my miserable ass staying here for exactly?"

"Until you wake up, I guess." Melissa said.

Jessica tilted her head up towards the ceiling and cursed. "Awesome. I wonder what the boys are up to."

It had been three months. Three months since Jessica had been in a coma.

Sam and Dean were busy dealing with Crowley and his demon pals. Kevin had made a reappearance. Well, more like the Winchester's went to find the kid. After Sam had quit hunting for a year, Kevin had escaped Crowley with the demon tablet and went into hiding at a church.

Later, the Winchester's had persuaded Kevin Tran and his mother to get anti possession tattoos.

Now, the boys were in Moore County hospital visiting Jessica once again.

"How is she Doc?" Dean asked as he watched his brother sit next to Jessica's bed.

"We haven't seen any signs of her waking up any time soon. I'm sorry son. We'll keep a close eye on her and call you if anything happens."

Dean nodded his head. "Alright, thank you."

The doctor nodded his head and left. Dean then walked into Jessica's room and sat down on the left side of her bed. His hands wrapped around one of her own. He brought it up to his lips and kissed her knuckles.

"Please wake up." Dean pleaded. "Please."

Sam watched his brother. The way he held Jessica's hands in his and begged the woman to wake up broke his heart.

"Sammy, what are we gonna do? We've got another case and..." Dean swallowed the lump in his throat. "I don't think I can just leave her again. It hurts."

"I know, Dean. But, we've got the demon tablet to work on. There's a way we can close the gates of hell forever, yet, we can't figure out how."

"I already told you, Kevin is working on it."

Sam nodded his head. "Plus, people need our help out there. Who knows if other hunters will be near by and help them."

Dean sighed. He rubbed his thumb across Jessica's hand. "I just hate leaving her here all alone. What if she wakes up while we're gone?"

"The doctor will call us." Sam replied. "You know he will."

Dean let go of Jessica's hand and stood up. He then leaned down and placed a kiss onto the girls forehead.

"Okay, let's go solve a case."

And with that, both boys left the hospital room and left the building. The only thing on Dean's mind as they left was getting Jessica back.
