1. Angst :
He is not real, or at least, it is simpler, far more simple for her to think that it's the case, that all the adventures she lived with him in Wonderland are just a beautiful lie, because if it's the contrary, then, it means that he is dead and that she lost everything.
2. AU :
She forgot him, and now, as he enters in the psychiatric hospital, and looks at her in the eyes, he sees nothing but emptiness.

She believed she had lost him forever once, him, the man she loved, the only family she ever had in Wonderland, with Will, obviously, there is no way she is letting Jafar take him away from her a new time.
10. Love :
She feels his pain the second Jafar hurts him, tries to kill him.
This is what people call True Love.
