I called Skye before we went to school and invited her to Desire's party tomorrow. Its not a FIRST date but its alright.

Desire's Pov

We walked down the street, got Tootsie Roll, than went to school. We walked to our lockers than i felt arms wrap around my waist.I turned and faced Jacob(latimore) and smiled,but he frowned.

"Why didnt you call me yesterday?"

"Sowwy...I ...I uhm.Went somewhere" i tried to lie.

"Uhm..ok.Sup yall" he greeted the rest of them.

"Hey" they all answered ecxept Jacob.

"Well i'll see you later" Jacob said to me before giving me a light kiss on the forhead.

I nodded and went closed my locker than face the gang.

"Shall we" i said and they all nodded.

-------------- After School ---------

I was sitting down by Latimore's house talking with him amd his mom.

"You kids have grown...wheres the other one"

"huh" i aksed a little confused.

"The curly haired one"

"Oh-" i answered but was cut off.

"Oh he's not around anymore....i dont know" latimore answered." So Desire lets go to the backyard"

I nodded and followed him to the backyard.He sat in his chair and i sat further away from him.

"Why you way over there?" he asked.

"Because you lied" i said shaking my head.

"What?"

"Jacob is still here ...why'd you lie"

"because its not like he's REALLY here.i mean its nothing big"

"Yes it is." i stood up

"Baby please-" He started before I rudely interrupted him.

"No...Jacob if you can't 'handle' me being around Jacob ...than maybe we should break up"

Honestly,I don't WANT to break up with Jacob he's a great boyfriend.

"I'll give you time to think on that" I said before grabbing my purse and leaving. I said goodbye to his mother and ran home.

"Hi Honey" My mom said as soon as I walked in the door. I waved to her and my dad than continued upstairs. I heard music coming out of the guest room....Nirvana. Only That crazy Perez kid.

I knocked on the door than raised my eyebrow...this is my house. Why am I knocking,with that in mind I pushed open the door and he was sitting on the bed in sweats with beats on.Wow their really loud! I cleared my throat...nothing. I cleared it louder...nothing.So I jumped on his bed and he jumped startled. I continued jumping like a little child giggling at him.

"what are you doing"

"Jumping"

"Why"

"Because I'm fun..dur"

He shook his head and stopped me.

"You only distract or do weird things when your either nervous,Lieing, or sometimes confused."

I sighed"all of the above"

"Wassup? Did Jacob hurt you? Where,I'll kill him"

"He didn't hurt me" I giggled.

"Well"

"He's just uncomfortable with me and you"

"Not this again" he sighed.

"Yes..that again. He won't trust me..only god knows why"

"It's ok...We're just friends. And you two only had a argument" he shrugged and stood.

"Well what" he froze

"I kind of threatened to break up with him"

He turned smiling"you did"

"You seem awfully happy"

"Oh no..boo! No way" he frowned."but really" he smiled.

"Perez"I laughed smacking his arm.

"I'm sorry but for real. He isn't worth it...at the moment"

"Right. And I don't want him to ruin my birthday" I smiled.

"Right...and next time,knock"

"Yeah right" I laughed leaving the room.

Roc's Pov

"So you really do like animals" Skye asked over the phone.

"Yeah..I do. Their very interesting to me"

"We'll your interviews also tell me you love blue,which happens to be my favorite color"

"Yeah...Do you remember my special?"

"Of course"

"Cereal and water" we both said laughing at the end.

"That doesn't sound bad. Just add a little sugar." She laughed.

"Yeah I know."

"So what time is the party?"

"I don't know. I guess I'd just call you an 1 hour before"

"Right..because you know us girls."

"Mhm"I smiled.

"We'll I have to go...chores to get done"

"Well I'll see you tomorrow"
