Chapter 20

(Y/N) Pov

As I began to wake up I was confused as I was warmer and more comfortable than I usually am. As my eyes adjust to being awake I realize why, as I notice Yang was still clinging to me, sliding her hands along my arms. 

(Y/N): "I can get used to waking up like this." She leaned up giving me a peck on the lips before rolling to the side. "What time is it?" 

Yang: "Time for you to get a watch." I rolled my eyes while groaning causing her to let out a cute giggle. 

(Y/N): "Really a dad joke?" 

Yang: "Mhm." She grabbed my phone off the desk. "And it's nine." I sat up in the bed.

(Y/N): "Shouldn't we both probably be in Glynda's class!?" She just wrapped her arms around me pulling me back into the bed.

Yang: "That would be the case if it wasn't saturday." I breathed a sigh of relief that I wouldn't have to face the wrath of Goodwitch again. "So if you don't mind I'd like to cuddle with my boyfriend for a while." 

(Y/N): "Fine just for a little while longer." Yang smiled and got comfortable with both of her arms around me and her head on my chest. "Got any plans for today?"

Yang: "The girls and I are planning on going to Vale, you wanna come with?" 

(Y/N): "Do you just want me to come along so you can show me off?" I asked with a slight tease in my voice.

Yang: "Umm... maybe." Her face got a little red as I managed to get her to show her bashful side again. 

(Y/N): "I like it when my girlfriend acts cute like that~" I kissed her on the forehead. "And sure I'll go with." She didn't react as it looked like she was about to explode with the combination of a kiss and me calling her my girlfriend. 

Yang hid her bright red face in the side of my neck while hugging me tighter. I tried stroking her hair to calm her down but that only seemed to make her even more flustered as she let out an audible squeak when I did. 

After a few minutes of that we both decided it was time to get up before we ran out of time to go to Vale. Yang had to borrow one of my shorts and a shirt since both of hers got ruined last night. I'd be lying if I said the way she looked in my shorts wasn't finna make me act up. 

We walked over to team RWBY's dorm and knocked, expecting to hear the normal noises like Ruby being loud and being told to shut up by Weiss. But instead we heard nothing, no talking, no arguing, not even any movement. 

Finally Yang got tired of waiting and basically punched the door, causing it to shift a little on it's hinges. Finally we heard shuffling on the other side, and after a few seconds someone finally opened it. 

A very sleep deprived looking Weiss opened the door, not even bothering to check who it was before going back to her bed. We walked into the room surprised to see all of the other members of RWBY still sleeping.

Ruby: "Oh hey sis." She started to get up but gave up halfway through and went back to sleep with half her body hanging of her bed. 

Yang: "Why's everyone asleep we're supposed to go to Vale soon?" This earned a groan from Weiss. 

Weiss: "You should know how thin the walls are..." She pulled her blanket over her head. "It makes it pretty hard to sleep." 

Both Yang and I got a little red with embarrassment after realizing just how much other people heard. 

Blake: "Just go get breakfast we'll meet you there." Yang nodded and went to get changed into her normal clothes. 

I went to leave to give her privacy but she grabbed my arm and pulled me back in. 

Yang: "I'm gonna need your help getting dressed~" I looked at her with confusion clear on my face. "It's so hard to fit my big breasts into my tight clothes without my strong boyfriend to help hold them in place~" 

(Y/N): "Really Yang didn't we fuck like... last night?" She looked at me with a devilish smile.

Yang: "Yeah but I want to remind you what you have." She threw my shirt at me, now completely topless. "So you wanna help~?" I sighed to myself and walked over.

How can one man be such a good boyfriend

Cinder Pov

Cinder: "No listen to me you need to bring back (Y/N) (L/N) no matter what he's doing!" The ice cream colored girl in front of me stopped to type on her phone. 

Neo: "Yeah... but what if he doesn't want to come?" I grabbed my head in frustration, we've been going back and forth saying the same things for almost an hour now.

Cinder: "It doesn't matter bring him back no matter what you need to do to him!" She put her finger on her chin like she was thinking before typing again.

Neo: "Like hurt him?" She was finally getting it.

Cinder: "Exactly! Even if you need to hurt him!" 

Neo: "But he's cute!" She pouted while showing me what she typed out. I groaned in frustration. 

Cinder: "I thought you were mute not deaf what don't you understand!?" She shook her head no while pouting like a child. "How are you an assassin!?" 

Neo: "I'll do it but only if you get me ice cream!" That's it that's all it takes.

Cinder: "I will get you sooo much fucking ice cream!" With that she seemed content and skipped away.

I sat down in my chair exhausted from having to work with incompetent fools all day. I called over Emerald and Mercury, the only two decently competent people in this whole operation. 

Emerald: "Yes mistress?" They knelt before me.

Cinder: "I want you two to follow her." I trusted Neo to find him but not to follow through with her task. "Make sure that (Y/N) doesn't slip out of our grasp this time."

Mercury: "He's not alone often nowadays, what if he's with friends?" 

Cinder: "Our queen wants him no matter the cost." I knelt down to their level and looked them in the eyes. "Kill anyone who gets in your way." They both nodded and walked out the door behind Neo. 

I looked at the wall covered in pictures of (Y/N) both in recent times and from his time as The Shadow of Atlas. The most worrying picture was the one sent by Salem recently of him in his shadow form for the first time on over a year. 

I grabbed a picture of him walking with the popular team RWBY.

Cinder: "In the name of my queens honor." I ignited the picture in my hand watching it turn to ash. "Even the dark won't hide you shadow."
