[Inner's POV]
It's Easter Sunday. Well.. Resurrection Sunday. To say we weren't tired yesterday.. Would have been a lie. I am serving this morning in the choir and tonight I'm not serving, well not assisting as a deaconess. My friend Happiness is serving however. Yeah.. Shortage of deacons and deaconesses. After a whole hour and fifteen minutes of church preparation I'm done. Just have to head to church and serve.
Getting to church, we start with practice, pre-service prayer and get ready for the sermon. It's Celebration Resurrection Sunday today and we're happy as a church. I mean, this day remarks the day that made all the impossibles seem possible. Had it not been for the empty tomb.. Our hope would've been lost.
We start the service with praise and worship. One of the few songs we sing are the following:

Then we proceeded into the sermon. The title was: Jesus is alive. The text was from Luke.
Luke 24:1-9
[1]But very early on Sunday morning the women went to the tomb, taking the spices they had prepared.
[2]They found that the stone had been rolled away from the entrance.
[3]So they went in, but they didn’t find the body of the Lord Jesus.
[4]As they stood there puzzled, two men suddenly appeared to them, clothed in dazzling robes.
[5]The women were terrified and bowed with their faces to the ground. Then the men asked, “Why are you looking among the dead for someone who is alive?"
[6]He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Remember what he told you back in Galilee,
[7]that the Son of Man must be betrayed into the hands of sinful men and be crucified, and that he would rise again on the third day.”
[8]Then they remembered that he had said this.
[9]So they rushed back from the tomb to tell his eleven disciples—and everyone else—what had happened.
There was a true celebration as there were amens filled in the church. We were happy that Jesus is alive. We understand the power of the Resurrection. That had it not been that He resurrected, the whole Christianity faith would have been been for vanity. I mean, we're based on John 3:16 (“For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.)
Had Jesus not resurrected, we would've continued to be mocked for worshipping a dead man who couldn't even save Himself from death. But what's exciting is that, He had to go the the tomb and grave. He had to get the keys of our freedom from hell, He had to take the authority the devil thought was his.. He had to buy us and pay with his blood. Oh, how He loved us. Oh, how He loves.
Our Savior, Healer, Redeemer.🙌🏼 King of kings, Lord of lords.🙌🏼 The same Jesus, yesterday, today and forever lives. 🙏🏼🙌🏼 HE IS ALIVE💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼 There ain't no grave could hold His body down🔥🔥🔥.
After the service, we went our separate ways. I didn't even get to accompany my best friend as tonight we have yet another crusade like event, to celebrate Resurrection Sunday.
