Leo's POV
I can't sleep.
This bloody uncomfortable bed is worst than mine back at home. I sit up abruptly and swing my legs over the side of the bed.
Will snores loudly in the bed next to me and Jax is fast asleep in the bed next to that. Eli is in the bed opposite to me, breathing lightly.
If I sit in silence, staring at the pitch black ceiling any longer, I'm gonna go mad and start pulling my hair out.
Fuck this.
I get up and throw on my black converse and a black hoodie over my joggers, not bothering to put on a shirt. Using the key Will threw at me earlier, whilst giving me a dirty look, I open the cabin's door and lock it behind me.
I put my hood up and head away from the cabin into the night. It's warm as I stroll around camp, looking for something to do or someone to bother. I could go knocking on some random girls cabin and pretend I lost the key to my room and ask her to stay the night in hers.
Or I could just ring AJ and tell him to come pick me up, it's not like I'd be missing anything by being here anyway, and even if my dad finds out, he's not going to do anything.
I'm pulling out my phone as I turn the path that leads down to the lake, but stop dead in my tracks, when I see her.
She is sat on the wooden dock that leads into the water, her blond hair twisted up on top of her head. She rests on her arms behind her body, her face titled towards the midnight sky. The moon light makes her skin look a silky shade of light cream.
She is stunning.
Slowly and silently, to not alert her that I'm there, I pace myself down the docking. I don't even realise what I'm doing until I'm steps away from where she sits. There's something about this girl, that makes it's impossible to keep myself away from her.
The darkness gives me camouflage, as I'm in all black, but she doesn't seem to notice me anyway. Before she can turn around, I crouch down so my face is level with the back of her head, my breathing slow as I move my hand toward her skin.
With light fingers to not scare her, I trace my hand up and down her shoulder. I lean in and keep my voice as a whisper, "What are you doing out here, all by yourself?"
My breath tickles her neck and she shivers underneath me, letting out a raspy breath. She makes an almost inaudible noise, which for a second I think is a moan.
She titls her head to the slide slowly, revealing more of her neck, as she leans back into my chest. I move my hands to her waist, my heart racing, she makes another small noise which sounds more like a whimper this time.
Before I can move to kiss her neck, she sits forward quickly, softly shaking her head. I smirk into the dark night.
Okay, she's gonna play hard to get.
Challenge excepted.
"I can't...I'm sorry." She lets out a long shaky breath and I do the same, only now realising that I had been holding it in. She moves away from me slightly as I take a seat next to her on the wood and dangle my legs over the edge.
"It's fine." I say quietly into the dark night. I lean my back on the wooden post at the end of the dock, turning my body towards her.
I look at her, taking in her gorgeous features in the milky light from the moon. I've only just noticed how naturally good looking she is. Her hair twisted into a knot at the top of her head, wispy bits fall freely around her face.
