Leo's POV

The group sits and talks quietly, waiting for either Jade or Will to come back. Naomi keeps giving me a strange look, her eyebrows raising and then scrunching up as though she's trying to send me mind waves, instead of talking to me like a normal person.

I don't speak to anyone, feeling still out of place, especially when Jade isn't here. Speaking about Jade, just as I'm about to leave to go find something better to do, her small body appears from the trees, her blonde hair flying over her shoulders.

Something seems off though. As she gets closer to where I'm standing, I notice that her face looks flushed.

Has she been crying?

She answers my question by sobbing and sprinting to the cabin door, opening it swiftly and slamming it behind her. Naomi and Alison give each other a knowing look and get up quickly, disappearing into the room. With any other girl, I would just laugh or go congratulate the guy who made her upset.

But she's not any other girl.

For some reason my body heats up, my heart races and my vision start to goes blurry. Without knowing it my fist clench tightly at my side, the veins on my arms visible from the pressure. Why am I getting so worked up over her being upset?

Before I can register what I'm doing, I stride towards the trees from where Jade came from. Jax calls out something from behind me, probably telling me to stop, but I can't hear what he's saying.

I don't even know why I'm going to confront Will, but something tells me that I need to. I storm through the trees, dodging bushes and fallen branches that are on the floor.

I get to a small clearing and see him perched on a log, his pretty blonde head in his hands, looking sorry for himself.

Before I can reach him, anger takes over, "What the fuck did you do?" I practically scream at him. He looks up at me, anger replaces any self pity left in his eyes. He stand and starts pacing towards me.

"I didn't fucking do anything," he spits, "the moment you turned up to my summer camp things have gone to shit!" He matches the volume of my voice, his fist at his side.

Me? What did I do? Okay, so me and Jade have hung out like twice, but I've only checked her out in front of Will once.

So what? That doesn't mean anything.

I lied about what happened to her shoe because I thought that Will would take it as me flirting with his girlfriend. Which it wasn't.

I did it because I wanted to make her laugh because she was annoyed and she was annoyed, at Will may I add. So he should be fucking thanking me.

"Jade has been different since you turned up. Our relationship was perfectly fine before - but your druggy self and your cocky little comments had to come and ruin it all!" He shouts accusingly.

He's blaming my elite personality for his relationship going to shit? The fuck?

"I'm the reason she's upset because you called her a slag?" I tilt my head to the side, testing him. A thought comes to me and I mentally pat myself on the back - this is gonna piss him off.

"And by the looks of it, your relationship was going to shit long before I turned up." I lower my voice, smirking. "Not my fault Jade isn't into blowing a guy who can't keep her name out of his dirty mouth."

Before I can stop him, he swings his fist at me, it connects with my jaw making a loud smack. I stumble back but don't loose my balance, my hand goes to my jaw. It didn't hurt as much a I thought it would.

Interesting.

To his horror, I grin. Before he can do anything to stop me, I'm on top of him, pinning him down to the floor around his waist.

I throw a punch directly at his face, it connects with the bridge of his nose and he groans. All I see is red as I draw my fist back and connect is with his face again, this time hitting his jaw.

He kicks his legs trying to get free from underneath me and I block his hand as he tries to swings for my face. I land another punch directly on his eye, snapping his head back. His hands go to his face, before attempting to hit my jaw and failing again.

That's gonna leave a bruise.

I've been in a lot of fight back home, so I have a lot of experience, which by the looks of it, he doesn't.

He hits me right the eye and then immediately regrets it as he then tries to block his face by putting his arms up. I throw one last punch at his jaw, making sure it leaves a mark, and get off of him.

That's probably enough Leo, I think before standing  up and leaving him on the floor. I look down at my hands, now dripping with blood.

There is the coppery taste of blood in my mouth, I lick my lip to find it's cut. He groans holding his arm as he weakly stands up.

I turn around, not wanting to look at the piece of scum I front of me for a second longer. I head out of the woods and sigh, my hand physically stats throbbing, the cuts deeper than I expected. That's so going to leave a nasty scar.

Worth it.
