Jade's POV
The sound of Alison's alarms wakes me up. I groan and roll over in my bed to check my phone. I reach my arm out to the side table with my eyes closed, blindly I search around for my phone. Finding it, I snatch the device to check the time.
8 o'clock. Ugh, breakfast is in half an hour.
"Shut that damn alarm off." A groggy voice comes from Naomi's bed, a pillow flies from her side of the room on to the floor with an umph.
Alison is already up and shuts the alarm off from her phone, she lets her hair down and runs her hands through it fluffing it up, yawning.
"I almost came over there to throw your phone out of the window," Naomi snarls, putting a pillow over her head laying face down on her bed, "you're lucky I'm too tired to move." Her voice muffles from the pillow.
Naomi definitely isn't a morning person.
Neither am I to be honest, I've always preferred the night time. It's more peaceful and doesn't involve deafening phone alarms.
I sit up in my bed and stretch my arms up, yawning widely. I have a slight hang over, but the cold wind from sprinting with Leo last night, got rid of most of it. I smile at the memory.
I grab a new outfit from my suitcase and head towards the bathroom to get ready. After going to the toilet and showering, I brush my teeth and wrap my hair in a towel.
I come out of the bathroom dressed in a low cut white cropped top and light blue jean shorts. I sit at the dressing table and plug in my hairdryer, quickly running the hot air through my hair and brushing it in between.
Naomi uses the bathroom and changes into black jean shorts and a white cropped top, she puts on her many chunky golden bracelets and slips on a pair of flip flops.
Alison uses the bathroom next and then finishes doing her hair, putting it up into a pony tail. She wears white shorts and a blue t-shirt knotted at the side showing a little slither of her stomach.
I apply moisturiser to my face as the girls move around me, getting ready for the day ahead. I apply some mascara and lip balm and brush my hair so it falls around my shoulders.
I grab my black sunglasses and slide them on top of my head, I slip on my flip flops and walk over to my bed. On my bedside table is my cross neckless and I do up the clasp around my neck and slip on a silver charm bracelet.
Naomi opens the door and steps outside, Alison and I both follow. We join the boys in the breakfast hall, receiving our food from the continental buffet.
Eli chooses a table nearest the glass window which gives a good view of the lake and we all take a seat around the rectangular table.
Naomi talks to Alison and Eli about a boy she thinks checked her out last night, whilst Jax stuffs his face with food and Will smacks him on the back of the head, telling him to stop being disgusting.
A guy our age wearing a blue hoodie and nike shorts comes over to our table, and stops right in front of where Naomi is sitting.
He's quite good looking, tanned and a bit taller than me. He pushes his curly brown hair out of his face and sheepishly looks at Naomi. He quickly asks for her number holding out his phone, making the rest of the table either roll their eyes or laugh.
I try to stifle my laugh by taking a sip of my drink, smiling as I tilt the glass back. She sighs and takes his phone from him and types in her number. I look over at the table he came from, as he walks back to his friends.
A group of about ten boys, all around seventeen, laugh and cheer as the boy takes his seas at their table, successful as he now has Naomi's number.
"Well that was exciting." Jax laughs and the rest of the group joins him, chuckling and pointing out Ni's face as she took the phone off the kid.
We sit there eating and talking for the next half an hour, Naomi telling us multiple story's of times boys have asked for her number. One story involved Jax getting upset because he found out one of his previous girlfriends had asked for Naomi's number, whilst they were still dating.
When he figured out that the girl Naomi was talking about was the same girl he had dated, his mouth dropped wide open and the whole table erupted in laughter.
That led to him starting to throw food at us, I had to hide behind Eli a couple of times to miss a piece of toast flying right at my face.
After Jax stops trying to kill me with his breakfast, everyone goes back to talking in their little clicks, I sit in silence my head hurting a little. All of a sudden everything gets really loud, and my head start to spin. Hangovers suck.
"Hangover?" Will questions taking a long sip form his orange juice.
I smile, "I'm fine, I'm just tired." Out of the corner of my eye I see Leo, who is sitting next to Will, look up at me.
I look down at my plate trying not to smile at the memory of last night. I felt so alive running hand in hand with Leo in the moon light, the breeze in my hair.
Something about it made me feel more comfortable than I've ever felt before. The adrenaline making my blood flow in my ears, my skin on fire as the wind rushed in and out of my lungs.
"Anyway, Leo helped me get rid of it last night." I say without thinking,
I turn my gaze out of the glass window, my eyes searching for people heading down to the docking, my attention drawn to wanting to go swimming this morning.
Leo starts choking on his drink across the table and Naomi gasps.
The whole table looks at me wide eyed and Will physically turns red. Why is everyone looking at me
Just then I realise that what I just said, sounded really bad.
Shit.
