Jade's POV
No. No that wasn't suppose to happen. I can't move as I watch Leo turn away from me.
My brain is screaming at me. No, please.
Leo don't walk away from me. Please.Hunter tries to pull my back to look at him but I shrug him off and let my body take me towards the boy who makes me feel alive.
Leo's already slipped through the trees and I have to run to keep up with him. My eyes scanning the area as I try to find where he's gone.
Please. Please let me find him.
"Leo!" I call, my voice shaky. "Leo please!" I look around the trees and catch sight of him as he walks out to forest down to the grass bank.
I run towards him and almost slip down the bank as my feet take me closer to the boy I want.
"Leo stop." I beg, my feet hitting the wood of the dock as he walks away from me. He doesn't turn to face me, he doesn't even stop to let me explain.
I feel the tears building up at the corners of my eyes, "Please." My voice comes out as a whisper as I feel pathetic.
He turns around to face me. I stop breathing as I see his face, his once vibrant green eyes now dark, his jaw set hard as he looks at me.
I can see how bad he's hurting and all I want to do is to take that pain away.
"Why are you doing this to me?" He shouts and I can tell he's trying to hold back tears.
My heart breaks. I feel the tears slip and don't bother to stop them.
"I'm so sorry Leo. He just kissed me, I didn't-"
"No stop," he grits his teeth together, "I don't want to know." His eyes are dark, he's trying to push me away.
"Leo I didn't kiss him back." I say truthfully. He looks away from me, not wanting to meet my eyes.
"Leo look at me." I beg and he takes a second before moving his head so he meet my eye. His eyes soften as he sees the tears streaming down my face.
I step towards him, "I promise you I didn't kiss him back." "No matter what it looked like, I wouldn't do that."
I take a deep breath, "Not to you."
His head snaps toward me, "I don't believe you."
So it's my fault I got taken advantage of and no one was there to help me?
"Why do you care Leo?" I feel my voice getting louder, "why are you even bothered that he kissed me?" I'm shout confused, he just stares back at me speechless.
I take another step towards him, "Would you care if I went back to his cabin?"
"Stop." He's gritting his teeth, hard. His fists are balled up next to him, I can tell he's trying not to loose himself.
I press on, "Would you care if he touched me?" I'm now shouting, my need to know how much he cares about me taking over.
Leo closes his eyes tightly, "Would you care if I touched him?"
He shakes his head as he keeps his eyes closed and head titled towards the floor. His patience is wearing thing.
And then I ask the important question. "Would you care if I slept with him?"
"Stop." He almost screams and I take a step back.
His eyes are blazing with fire, his whole body enraged like I've never seen.
