For foolintherain-

Pete has been gone for many months and you missed him a lot. He was on tour with The Who and he had to leave you behind at home since you had work to do. Even though you wanted him to come back,, he had to be away. It was his job afterall and you knew he enjoyed touring. 

However today he was finally going to come back after being away for a long time. You couldn't wait to have him to yourself again. To fall asleep in his arms, see him every morning during breakfast, and all sorts of things. You were anxious and waiting for him to arrive

You heard the doorknob twist a bit and you immidiately stood up, knowing that it was Pete that finally came home. The door opened and he walked in. You ran towards him as fast as you could and wrapped your arms around him,, pulling him into a tight hug

"There's my woman. I missed you!" he said as he hugged you back and kissed your forehead.

"I missed you too! The whole house has been lonely without you here," you said and the two of you headed to the living room. 

The two of you spent the rest of the evening cuddling on the couch while saying how much you missed each other and telling each other things that happened during the months you spent separated from each other.
