27) New beginnings

The sun was rising and light was beaming in through the open blinds that had not been closed during the rush of last night. Gigi's eyes fluttered open and stared directly at Crystal who lay sound asleep in her arms. She admired her beauty as she twirled her fingertips through her soft brown curls and felt the touch of her delicate skin upon her own. She watched as Crystals eyelashes fluttered adjusting to the bright light but she couldn't move to shut the blinds so she just waited for her to wake up before pulling her even closer to her body and cuddling her tight.

'Goode morning Geege' Crystal said sleepily looking up at Gigi as their lips meet briefly.
'Goode morning to you my baby, welcome to your first day in LA' Gigi says kissing her love on the forehead before rolling her off of her and jumping up.
'Nooo come cuddle me please i don't want to get up yet!' She whines whilst Gigi is already stepping backwards towards the door.
'I'm making breakfast so you don't have to get up just wait there and try not to wake the other girls up.'
Crystal giggled at the comment agreeing to turn her phone volume down if she watched any tiktoks.

Gigi headed down stairs and into the kitchen, sneaking past the other girls who were sleeping on the sofas in the other room. Everything she did she had to be quiet. She made pancakes with fruit and juice to start the morning and then headed back upstairs with everything on a tray which she placed on the bed in front of Crystal.
'Oooo it looks almost as delicious as you!' Crystal said excitedly as Gigi smirks climbing back onto the bed next to Crystal, resting her head on the curly haired girls shoulder as they shared the pancakes.

Meanwhile, downstairs, Jackie was the first to wake up due to the loud buzzing of someone's phone. She searched around frantically to find who's it was only to discover that she had multiple missed calls.
'Jackie be quiettt' Nicky whined covering her ears.
'Sorry hun but it's time for you guys to wake up anyway and it looks like I've got to go.' Jackie replied handing Nicky her phone to see the time. Rosy was also waking up so she left the room and ran upstairs, knocking on Gigi's door.
'Come in!' She heard as both Gigi and Crystal tried to call with their mouths full of pancakes still.
'Morning you two! Glad you're enjoying your first breakfast in LA Crystal but im going to have to go so I won't be able to help with unpacking today. So sorry.' Jackie explained.
'Oh okay that's fine Jackie but is everything alright you seem calm but also worried somehow?' Gigi asked politely.
'I'm sure it's nothing but I have so many missed calls and texts from Jan and it looks like she needs me so i better go see what's wrong.' Jackie says while giving Gigi a hug and turning to leave.
She grabs her stuff and let's herself out leaving the others to get on with the day.

Nicky and Rosy were just about awake fully now and trudged to the kitchen to make a slightly less glamorous breakfast than the one Gigi had made Crystal. Nicky had cereal and Rosy made toast. They sat at the table to eat as Gigi and Crystal entered to clean up their own pots.
'Goode morning campers!' Gigi said lively.
'Goode morning Miss Goode!' They said sarcastically as they were too tired and were jealous she didn't make them pancakes too.

After they finished eating and clearing up, they all split off to get ready in comfortable clothes and met back up in the living room to discuss an 'unpacking plan'. Crystal had a lot of things and her drag was going to be especially hard to deal with as Gigi's drag room was already filled to the brim. The idea was to turn the spare bedroom into Crystals new drag room but it was going to be super hard work. After a long conversation, they could at least agree on one thing: this was going to be a long day... and possibly night. The only other big idea came from Rosy.
'Why don't we just ask some more of our friends to help? That way, we can get it done quicker and they can meet Crystal at the same time!' She suggested.
The only problem was that Gigi hadn't actually told anyone about Crystal or any of this and Crystal was so nervous to meet everyone already, so throwing her into meeting people whilst trying to unpack her things was probably not the best idea. But then again, how were they going to do this just the 4 or them? It was up to Gigi and Crystal, but what would they decide...
