32) Shock

The sound of Gigi's voice seemed to echo through the room cause Jan to jump off of Jackie, separating from their kiss.
'I- it's not what it looks like-' Jan stuttered as her eyes dashed back and forth between Gigi, Crystal and mainly Jackie.
What had she done? This is what Jackie was worried about, she knew they couldn't hide it but this wasn't exactly the plan to reveal the news. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she fell to her knees holding her head in her hands. Jackie rushed to her side trying to stay strong and calm in support. Shocked at the situation, Crystal closed the door behind them as Gigi helped comfort Jan and Jackie.
'Jan, it's okay, they would've found out eventually' Jackie reassured her trying to make sure Jan wasn't blaming herself after Jackie had expressed her worries earlier. She stopped crying eventually as she felt safe in Jackie's arms, Gigi was stood to the side still shocked and Crystal was quiet but honestly just confused as she had barely just met Jan.

Gigi was the first to break the silence, 'what exactly is going on?' She questions politely.
Jackie talks for both her and Jan as words struggle to leave Jan's throat, 'we wanted to tell you but we didn't really know what was going on ourselves. Both me and Jan have boyfriends, I thought I was straight but these last few weeks when you girls have been busy it's just been me and Jan and something just clicked. We have a connection I've never felt with anyone before and I think we're both gay and we love each other. It's confusing I know and no one knows, we didn't want to cause problems in the group or make it awkward you know.'

'Guys, I can't believe you would be worried about telling us. You know I'd support you both through anything and you also know that I'm clearly the biggest lesbian around!' She jokes glancing at Crystal with a smile, 'if you are happy then that's all that matters, I love you guys and I'm glad you have each other. But you do kind of need to tell your boyfriends or at least break up with them.'

Jackie and Jan both nod in agreement, chuckling slightly but also feeling slightly guilty. Gigi pulls them both into a group hug and calls for Crystal to join. They all laugh and hug before Jan asks the very quiet Crystal what she's thinking.
Without a moments thought Crystal smiles widely laughing and exclaiming, 'HELLOOO, LESBIAN RIGHTS!' causing them all the burst into laugher.
'Are you going to tell Nicky and Rosy?' Gigi questions and the girls nod asking to give them a moment to go downstairs and share the news.
Crystal and Gigi agree and head back to their newly unpacked and finished bedroom.

Downstairs Nicky and Rosy haven't finished unpacking due to their constant procrastination which made the task twice as long. Jackie and Jan entered and Rosy chirpy as always welcomed them with a 2 second greeting as she pushed a box into Jackie arms. Jan complimented the immaculate One Direction display they had created causing Nicky to laugh and Rosy to reply, 'sickening no!'.
They laughed until Nicky took a second look and Jan and Jackie. Jan looked as if she had been crying and they both looked fairly distressed and nervous, she could tell something was wrong but what?
'What's wrong, did something happen?' Nicky asks causing Rosy to stop what she was doing and focus on the girls.
'We need to talk to you about something.' Jackie spoke softly as her and Jan sat down next to one another on the sofa opposite Nicky and Rosy.
They explained the same thing that they had already told Gigi and Crystal before and were met with two very different reactions. Rosy's reaction was one they'd expected, much like Gigi she was shocked but supportive and offered lots of hugs whereas Nicky didn't seem surprised at all.
'Is something wrong Nicky?' Jan asked worried.
Nicky giggled hugging Jan, 'nothings wrong girl, it's just funny how no one else realised!'
The others looked at her in confusing as she explained how she had noticed a while ago but never saw the need to say anything cause she could tell they were happy. Jackie thanked her and they hugged it out before discussing every detail of everything that had happened and how they had started this. After that they also began to ask advice and discuss the best ways to kindly break up with their boyfriends because that had to be the next problem to deal with. They also helped to finish unpacking but this would still take ages due to the constant chatting and messing around in between organising.
