35) I can't believe it

Gigi woke up suddenly and quickly noticed that Crystal was no longer in her arms. She sat up looking around the room to search for the curly haired girl, noticing that light was seeping from inside the bathroom through the cracks around the door. She made her way over, opening the door to find Crystal sat crying quietly on the floor. Within seconds, Gigi rushed to her side wrapping her arms around her tightly cause Crystal to cry into her chest.
'Crys what's wrong baby?' Gigi said worried as she took Crystal's face between her hands, wiping her tears away with her thumbs.
'I- I'm- sorry' she managed to say through tears and sniffles. 'I didn't mean to'
Gigi's head tilted in confusion as her hands dropped from Crystal's face.
'You're phone kept going off, I didn't mean to look, I was just trying to turn it off' Crystal tried to explain.
'You looked through my phone?' Gigi asked still confused as she had nothing to hide anyway. 'Crystal I'm not mad'
'But you're not single either are you?! Dahlia says she can't wait to see you again on Friday *babe*, she misses you, she's ready to have fun and more' she mocks the 'babe', emphasising it in the texts. 'I'm guessing Dahlia is your girlfriend, I bet this isn't even your real house-'
'Crystal stop! You're overthinking, I work with Dahlia and I do gigs with her on Friday nights at a club in the city. She's just excited I'm back because she doesn't get on with the other girls there' Gigi tries to explain, 'I love you Crystal and I promise I will never do anything to hurt you ever. Dahlia means nothing to me in that way she is just a friend and I was going to introduce you both at my show on Friday. No one compares to you Crys and you never have anything to worry about.'
Crystal looks both confused, shocked and happy as she wipes her tears from her eyes.
She hugs Gigi tightly, 'I love you too and I'm sorry I doubted you I just worry that I'm not goode enough for you sometimes'
'You are too goode for me Crystal baby, never think that okay' she says as she looks into her eyes and kisses her forehead. 'Come on, get changed we're going out!'
'But it's like 3am!' Crystal whines but Gigi drags her up and they both get changed.

Gigi literally had to drag Crystal out to her car as she tiredly scraped her feet across the floor.
'Come on Crys i promise it's worth it and you can sleep as long as you want tomorrow!' Gigi begged as she was now awake and excited. 'Here.'
Gigi passed Crystal a random energy drink from next to the drivers seat and watched her drink it as Gigi began to drive.
'Geegeee, where are we going?' Crystal whined.

They drove for about 10 minutes until Gigi pulled up in a very dark street with nothing around as far as Crystal could see.
'Hold my hand and close your eyes I'll lead you okay' Gigi said taking Crystal's hands as she climbed out of the car.
They walked slowly in the dark and after a couple minutes they stopped. On Gigi's count, Crystal opened her eyes to see a beautiful scene. The moon shone through the trees onto an incredible blue shining lake, swans swimming through the darkness, the light bouncing off their perfectly whit feathers. Gigi and Crystal were stood near the middle of the lake on a long wooden platform which stretched from the green grass to the centre of the lake, the side rails wrapped in fairy lights which reflected in the lake. It was beautiful.
'Wow Geege where are we?' Crystal asked suddenly feeling awake as she took in every inch of the beautiful surroundings.
'Well you showed me your special beach spot in Missouri so here's my special place.' Gigi explained, 'and I thought it would be the perfect place to do something I think we've waited long enough for.'
'Geege-' Crystal starts to speak.
*shhh* Gigi puts a finger to Crystal's mouth before taking her hand in her own, 'Crystal Elizabeth Methyd, you are the most beautiful, kind, incredible girl I have met in my entire life and I love you with all my heart! Sooo, will you be my girlfriend?
Crystal grabbed Gigi's face and their lips connected in a passionate kiss, Gigi wrapped her arms around Crystal's waist and they kissed for a long time, their tongues meeting until their lips finally parted.
'I'm guessing that was a yes then?' Gigi laughed hugging her love tighter.
'Yes yes yes of course I'll be your girlfriend! I love you Gianna Goode!' Crystal pretty much screamed in excitement.
'I love you too!' Gigi exclaimed.
