Kio's P.O.V
I felt someone shaking me awake and I groaned. "Come on get up we have to go." I recognised Noah's voice and I blinked the sleep from my eyes sitting up.

"Where's Griffin?" I yawned stretching my arms above my head.

"He's downstairs, he woke up way before the rest of us." Noah said. I sighed, of course Griffin got up earlier he's probably stressing out over the whole day ahead.

"Thanks Noah I'll be down soon." I said and he nodded and left. I got dressed and walked downstairs. Josh and Griffin we're sitting around the map arguing about something. They both looked up when I walked in.

"Hey baby."

"Hi Kio."

"Hey," I said and walked into the kitchen were Anthony was.

"Times like these when I really miss coffee." He laughed bitterly. He was eating some form of tinned food, probably vegetables since that's all that was left, he held it out to me.

"Same." I said taking the tin. I smelled it and wrinkled my nose, it smelled awful and probably tasted worse but we had nothing else.

"It's disgusting but I was hungry and there's nothing else." Anthony said. I held my nose and took a spoonful of the wet mush, I gagged and handed the tin back to Anthony. He laughed at my disgusted face and ate another spoonful.

"How can you eat that, it tastes like shit. I'm just gonna go hungry until we find something better." I said wiping my mouth.

"Mostly everything tastes bad these days except when you have the stuff to make it taste better."

"Yeah but nothing tastes that bad." I said Walking out the kitchen and back to Josh and Griffin who had since been joined by Noah.

"We should take the back road because we will be less likely to run into those guys again or any zombies hiding in cars." Josh was saying.

"No the main road is much faster and all the cars are on the other side coming out the city because nobody was trying to go in during the outbreak." Griffin said.

"I think Griffins right it'll be much easier and faster." Noah agreed.

"Fine main road it is then." Josh said giving up.

"Do you think we will run into those people again?" I asked.

"I hope not but we might so we have to be careful." Griffin said "but anyway enough talking let's leave." He started rolling up the map and grabbed one of the two shot guns. Noah grabbed the other and followed him out.

"Goodbye house, you kept us alive for quite a while I probably won't miss you but anyway." Anthony said walking past me towards Josh, they linked hands and walked outside.

Sometimes I wonder what it must feel like for them to loose of their boyfriend, like I know they still have each other but it must feel like part of them is missing. Im glad I didn't loose Griffin I don't know what I'd do without him. Speaking of Griffin he walked back inside and looked at me.

"What's on your mind?" He said.

"Nothing." I lied.

"No I know that face, what's bothering you?" Griffin said, I looked at him and sighed, I knew he wasn't going to let me go before I told him.

"I just... I just don't wanna loose you." I admitted.

"Kio you know I'm never gonna leave you no matter what." Griffin said, he walked towards me and pulled me towards him placing his lips on my own.
