Noah's P.O.V
Josh explained the plan to Blake and I and we ran off down to the end of the store, ropes in hand.

We stopped at an isle around six rows from the end and walked down to the other end of it.

"So how are we gonna catch one?" Blake asked.

"We'll figure something out." I replied, looking at the ropes in my hand. "Josh said we could tie it to one end..." I looked to the two edge shelves at the end, thinking.

"They can't see us so why don't we just bait it into following us and then it'll run into the rope and there we go; a zombie." Blake said.

I gave him a doubtful look and he stared back. "What?" He asked.

"Are you sure that's gonna work?" I asked.

"You got any better ideas?"

"No."

"Okay then let's do it." He said and I sighed before picking up one end if the rope. We tied three individual ropes to one side of the shelves, all at different heights. We left the other side untied so we could hold them and wrap them round the zombies. It was no genius plan that Josh would have created but it was something.

"So I'm gonna lure the zombie and run past you and then you can tie it up." Blake said.

"Woah woah, who said you were gonna be bait?" I said before he could turn around.

"Me because I don't think I'd be able to hold the zombie in the ropes." He said.

"But it's dangerous." I said worriedly.

"It's nice that you care but I'll be fine I promise." He said. I was still unsure and expressed my concern in the look I gave him.

"Fine then I'll attract it by throwing things that it can run too." Blake rolled his eyes and sighed. "It'll be so much slower though."

"You'll be safer though so do that." I said.

"What am I supposed to throw?" He asked looking along the isle for ideas. We were in an isle packed with toys. A bit too cheery for a zombie apocalypse.

"How about these." I said pulling a box off the shelf to my right.

"Marbles?" Blake looked at me, unimpressed. "We could have just used these for a trap. I'll just throw them and the zombie can slide on them like in cartoons." He joked.

I shook my head at him and smiled. "Just take them."

"Alright." He grinned. "Be ready. I'm off to find a zombie." He set off down the aisle.

"Didn't ever expect to hear that sentence." I mumbled. Blake heard me and laughed.

He walked all the way to the bottom and disappeared round the corner. I waited in silence with all three ends of the ropes clutched in my hand in anticipation.

I heard a growl from the end of the shelves and looked down the isle to see Blake walking very cautiously, luring the runner towards us. It moved slowly and I could tell Blake was incredibly tense, so was I.

He was around half way down the isle when a sudden crash sounded from down the other end of the store. Blake and I both shot our heads up quickly in the direction of the noise.

The crashes kept coming and the zombie screeched, twitching in different directions trying to find the source of the noise. Blake had gone rigid, not wanting to move because it would alert the zombie.

The noises where getting louder and louder. I stepped back to look down the central isle and I gasped. The shelves were falling onto each other, getting closer and closer to the isle Blake and the zombie where in.
