As the rest of the girls brought Hanna's stuff back home, Avery wheeled Hanna into her kitchen. She watched as Hanna picked at the edge of the sticker Spencer had put on top of the message from A, in an attempt to make Hanna forget about it.
Avery sighed,"Han, easy."
"Get it off me!", Hanna whined.
Emily shook her head, "Why are you taking that off?"
"I'm not! I'm trying to keep it on! I don't wanna see the autograph under it."
"We can get you another sticker", Spencer offered.
"This time, why don't you try something mellower, like "save the planet"?", Aria snorted.
"There were not a lot of choices, okay?", Spencer rolled her eyes, "It was either Humpty Dumpty or 'Jesus is coming, look busy.'"
Hanna peeked under the sticker before scrunching her eyes shut, "Oh, God, it's still there."
"Hanna", Avery knelt to Hanna's level, "Hanna, don't, okay? Don't look at that."
"Just look around you",Emily smiled, "You're safe, you're home and you're alive."
"Yeah, well, I thought I was safe in my hospital room too", Hanna scoffed, "Now, what's going on with Noel Kahn? Is he A?"
Spencer focused on Aria, "Have you talked to him?"
Aria shook her head, "No, I keep telling him I'm busy. Busy freaking out every time I look at him."
Hanna crosses her arms, "Yeah, well, try being run over by him."
"What about you?", Spencer asked Avery.
"Why would I talk to Noel?", Avery furrowed her eyebrows before realization struck her, "Oh right, Ashton! No I've been avoiding him too."
"Are you alright?",Aria put the back of her palm on Avery's forehead, "You're kinda hot."
Avery grinned, "Thanks!". Aria rolled her eyes. Avery hadn't been sleeping very well lately; she assumed it would be because of that.
Emily gushed, "Who got you this panda? Sean?"
Hanna replied, "Lucas."
"Oh, sweet."
Hanna let out an exaggerated sigh as her stomach rumbles slightly, "Anyone else starving or is it just me?"
Spencer began,"Your mom said she left a special dinner-"
"Pass. No, I want a Pop-Tart", Hanna saw her friends give her a look, "What? I've been on hospital food for three weeks. I want something that doesn't look like it's been chewed."
Spencer smiled, "Well, why don't you eat while we go get the rest of your stuff, okay?"
The girls went back into the porch to pick up the remaining stuff. For a 16 year old girl, Hanna sure had a lot of stuff. Suddenly the sound of boxes clattering sounded from inside followed by a string of muttered curses.
