Sabay-sabay naming inangat ang mga basong hawak namin at uminom. Ramdam na ramdam ko ang pagguhit ng alak sa lalamunan ko. So hot.
"Girl, chikahan mo 'ko! Gwapo ba?" Pangungulit ni Ven sa 'kin.
Kanina pa 'yan nangungulit sa 'kin. Ultimate crush niya raw si Arrojo. Jesus, gwapo lang naman ang maganda sa katangian niya, the rest are trash.
"Hay nako, kahit isang milyong beses ka pa lumuhod diyan kay Nine, wala pa rin 'yang pakialam,"giit ni Rocci habang naka-dekwatro at umiinom ng tequila.
Nagmake-face nalang si Ven dahil alam niyang wala siyang mapapala sa pangungulit sa'kin. Tahimik lang akong umiinon nang biglang tumayo silang tatlo.
"Punta lang kami sa dancefloor, sasama ka ba?" Rocci asked me while she's combing her hair with her hands.
"No," tipid kong sagot at tumango siya.
'Di ko na sila nakita pa pagkarating ng dancefloor sa dami ng taong nagsasayawan doon. I opened the Alfonso and put a little in my shot glass and immediately drink it.
"So boring," I said out of the blue and rest my back at the couch then closed my eyes.
Maya-maya ay nakaramdam ako ng biglang paglubog sa kaliwa ko. I think it's Rocci, siya lang naman ang laging tumatabi sa'kin.
"I thought you would be dancing?" I asked without opening my eyes.
"Well, I would love to with you, woman."
Awtomatiko akong napamulat ng mata at lumingon sa nagsalita sa tabi ko. I was surprised, while he's looking at me with a smirk plastered in his face.
Why the hell is he here?!
"Important meeting, huh?" Aniya at mapang-asar akong tinitingnan habang kagat kagat niya ang ibabang labi.
What the fuck? Arrojo?
"Excuse me," sambit ko at tumayo para umalis nang hilain niya ang kamay ko at pinaupo ulit ako. Inis kong ibinalilng ang tingin ko sa kaniya.
"Stop messing with me, Arrojo," sambit ko habang unti-unting kumukuyom ang kamao ko.
He laughed like a psycho, then immediately look at me, with a blank face.
"I think you're messing with us, Agent Nam," he said without showing any emotions.
What the heck just happened to his expression? Baliw ba talaga 'to? Or he has some bipolar disorder?
"How'd you say so?" Sambit ko nalang at sumandal, though I'm actually uncomfortable with him around.
Sa unang pagkikita naming dalawa, alam kong mahihirapan akong basahin ang pagkatao niya. He looks sinned, but at the same time he also look pure. He's difficuilt to understand, very difficuilt.
Kaya nga nagpaalam agad ako sa kanila kanina. They want me to stay there for my mission, to protect his damn son. But I excused I have an important meeting tonight, but damn, he followed me all the way here! What the actual fuck?
"You told us, you would be having an important MEETING," he look pissed after emphasizing the last word, "Meeting at a nightclub? That's a bad move, Agent Nam," dugtong pa niya.
I laugh in disbelief. Was that a big deal? Fucker, he's a liar, so he should be used to lies! What a joke of him!
"A damn liar getting pissed to a liar, how?" I teased.
I can see how his jaw clenched because of what I said. Ano? Pikon na siya? Ang anak ng senator ay mabilis mapikon? Wow! Just, wow!
"How can we trust you when you already lied, you're not even starting to work," he said and unconsciously took my glass at the table and drink it.
