The sun kissed both our faces as I looked over at Rami and noticed how she was gazing at the sunrise.
"How did I get here?" she murmured and rubbed her temples.
"Well last night you drank too much and came looking for me, then we just laid here like old times," I shrugged, also staring at the sunrise.
"Ugh I'm such a mess" Rami mumbled. I chuckled and waved off her comment.
"Don't worry about it, let's go back to the guild, I'll race you." I exclaimed before I turned into lightning body and raced towards the guild.
"No wait! Ugh Laxus." I heard her behind me. Ha I'm winning this one. I thought too soon when she caught up with me, green energy surrounding her.
I was mesmerized at the amount of energy I felt, not noticing a rock in the middle of the path near the guild. We both tripped over each other landing just in front of the closed guild doors.
"Ow what the heck" she muffled loudly with the rock in her mouth as she took a bite and slapped me hard. "I was just trying to have some fun geez," I replied.
"Whatever, I'm getting some food...my head is killing me," She said, annoyed as she got up from the ground.
Then suddenly Natsu burst through the doors and hit Rami straight on the head. "Who's killing who? Let me at 'em!" the pyro yelled.
Rami got up and looked like she was going to kill someone for real.
"I said my head is killing me not someone! YOU IDIOT!" She yelled in a demonic tone while punching Natsu deep into the dirt.
Not a morning person, noted.
Rami POV~~
What a great start to the day, fuck me..
"Hey Mira got any food? " I grumbled as I held my head.
"Yeah Rami no worries I'll give you a grilled cheese." She said kindly as she eyed someone coming up behind me.
"Thanks Mira" I said, when I looked up and saw Laxus sitting next to me with Nora in his hands.
She then got out of Laxus' hands and snuggled on top of my head. "Rami, this place is awesome, Happy showed me where to get fresh cucumbers!" Nora said enthusiastically.
"That's great you little cutie." I said playfully as I grabbed her and started tickling her stomach. "Hey, you meanie I hate tickles, I'm going with Lily!" She complained and flew away as I raised my eyebrows at the sudden interest of her new friend.
What's with this cat, so bipolar.
I turned around on the stool and looked at Laxus watching Nora fly away to Lily.
"Aww Laxy did want a kitty after all," I said teasing him once again. "Shut up," Rolling his eyes, he placed his elbow on the table and rested his chin on his palm.
"Here you go Rami," Mira returned with my food and placed it in front of me, I smiled as a sign of thanks and took a bite.
"You want some?" I asked Laxus. "Gimme that," He said as he grabbed a slice and took a bite.
"Aww look at you two sharing like a couple already" Mira squealed "What! We ain't no couple!" We said together and continued to quietly eat our food, well my food.
As we were eating Gray flew into my back and I jerked forward. He looked at me angered but then his face softened up to mine.
"What's up Ice cube?" I said as I munched on my grilled cheese. "Natsu's up." As he said this I looked up at the ceiling and saw Natsu with Nora and Happy flying him, dropping him straight onto Gray.
"You wanna go dragon breath?!" Gray said as he butted his head with Natsu, still on the floor. For fucks sake.
"Alright, get up, the both of you now!" I cracked my knuckles and they cowered up at my gaze. I held both my fist out in front of me and Natsu flinched.
"What's that for?" Gray asked confused that I didn't hit the both of them.
"Pick one." I said to Natsu, he picked my right fist and inside was a crumpled up job request. "The rewards a fruit, bring it to me and I won't grind both of you six feet under, next time you guys fight."
Natsu excitedly looked up and raced out the door with Happy, I gave Nora a nod accepting that she can go with them.
"Uh what about me?" Gray asked as he rubbed the back of his neck still on the floor. I held out my hand, helping him up and squinted my eyes and studying his face, causing him to blush.
"Why do you let him get to you? I know you're more mature than him." I asked in all seriousness as he sat up on the stool beside me. "I don't know he's an idiot, always giving me shit," He mumbled. I groaned as I slapped the back of his neck, "Don't take his shit then, be mature."
I said as I furrowed my eyebrows. "You said you weren't gonna hit us!" I pushed him towards the girl staring at us in the corner and replied, "Go fuck your girlfriend."
As I adjusted back into the stool I noticed Laxus looking back at me with an expression on his face, realising he witnessed the whole thing. "What?" He turned back around and sipped his drink.
"Nothing."
I got frustrated and huffed in response, "Tell me!"

He placed down his beverage and finally spoke again.
"You wouldn't wanna know." He dismissed the topic and I got even more annoyed at his actions and started to shake him furiously.
"Fine, Frozen-stripper likes you," As he said this my hands released from his coat and I looked back at him with a puzzled expression.
"Ew, that's disgusting."
I said and Laxus completely agreed as he gestured his head towards someone approaching from behind. Gray.
My eyes widened as I pulled Laxus off of the stool and raced towards the request board.
