"Oh its killed me"

Our first day back in class, Draco and I walked to class together since we both had it.

We see Hagrid and he makes us walk through the woods to see a magical creature.

"Open your books to page 49," Hagrid said. "Exactly how do we do that," Draco said. "Just stroke the spine of the book of course," Hagrid said.

Draco went of to do so until he heard Hermione speak.

"I think they're funny," Hermione said. "Oh yea terribly funny, witty god this place has gone to the dogs, wait until my father hears Dumbledores got this oaf teaching classes," Draco said. I tried shutting him up but he just ignored me.

"Shut up Malfoy," I heard Harry say. Draco walked up to get closer to Harry when his facial expressions changed. He looked terrified, "DEMENTOR, DEMENTOR," he yelled making Harry turn around.

I looked at where he pointed at, terrified there might actually be one. When I heard him and his friends laugh and tease Harry I walked up and slapped Draco and walked away getting closer to the front of the class.

"Say hello to Buckbeak," Hagrid said. Ron asked what it was and Hagrid said it was a Hippogriff. I looked at the creature with curiosity in my eyes, that I didn't notice everyone else but Harry and I had backed away.

"Very well y/n and Harry, come closer, you have to bow to him firstly, if he bows back you can touch him," Hagrid said.

Both Harry and I bowed at Buckbeak, receiving a bow back. We went closer to pat him. After a while Hagrid lifted us up to Buckbeaks back and said we could fly.

I held onto Harry's waist and we went off. We flew over water and both Harry and I started cheering. When we got back we got off and talked about the experience.

Out of the corner of my eye I see Draco walking up to Buckbeak.

"You're not dangerous at all are you, you great ugly brute, Draco said. "No Draco don't!" I yelled. I watched as Buckbeak hurt Draco's arm.

"DRACO!" I dropped my things and ran over to him.

"Oh it's killed me, it's killed me!" Draco groaned. "He needs to be taken to the hospital!" I yell. Hagrid walked over and picked him up and started walking to the hospital. I grabbed my things and Draco's and ran to catch up to Hagrid.

"You're gonna regret this, you and your bloody chicken," Draco said.

Draco had gotten his arm checked out and soon we were in the great hall. He was telling people how much it hurt. Madam Pomfrey had just told me it was a scratch but Draco has always been a drama queen.

(Harry's POV)

"Why is Y/n caring so much for Malfoy recently?" I asked. Both Ron and Hermione had no answer but another red head boy did.

"Did you not hear, y/n and Malfoy are dating," Fred said looking down at his food. I looked at him shocked as to what he just said.

"Since when!?" I asked. "Since their birthday, he asked her and she said yes," Fred said.

(Y/n's POV)

We were in DADA class and we were learning a new spell. Professor Lupin introduced us to a boggart.

"Does anyone know what a boggart is?" He said. "It's a shape-shifter, they take the shape of whatever a person fears the most," Hermione said.

We started working on the spell and Neville was first, out came Professor Snape.

"Riddikulus!," Neville said. Snape's clothes changed into old grandmas clothes and we all laughed.

Soon it was my turn, I stood in front of the boggart as I saw it turn into a dementor. I was frozen in fear I heard people yelling to say the spell but I couldn't move.

I felt all my happiness exit out of my body as I watched the dementor disappear and go back inside the closet it came from. I blacked out.

I woke up still in the class but only Professor Lupin and Draco were in here.

"Are you okay," Draco said. I nodded and started standing up. "You're lucky Draco here said the spell," Professor Lupin said. I nodded and walked out with Draco holding me with his arm that was available.

I went to rest as the next day we'd be going to Hogsmeade.

*Next day*

Draco picked me up from my dorm as I still had my own dorm. We walked hand in hand making our way to Hogsmeade. Draco and I went away from the group.

He took me to Honeydukes and grabbed the candied I loved and bought them for me.

"You didn't have to buy them, I could pay for myself," I said. "I know but you're my girlfriend and I wanna spoil you," he said. He grabbed my arm and dragged me to a hidden spot.

He leaned in and started to kiss me, I started to kiss back after the shock went away and we stayed there for a while. "My girlfriend also receives that," Draco said as I started blushing bright red.

We walked back to school and we heard a commotion coming from the Gryffindor dorm room. The fat lady in the painting was gone.
