Its not what it looks like

I heard a knock on my door and since Fred had me trapped in a hug I yelled, "Come in." In came Draco but with a bruise on his nose.

"Omg Draco what happened," I say as Fred let's go of me. "I see what's going on here, you slut, I knew you were into Fred!" Draco says.

"What? No, it's not like that, I couldn't find you after you left me with Hermione and Ron, so I came back and I found Fred on the way to my dorm," I said.

"What happened to your nose," I asked again. "Why don't you go ask your mudblood friend," he said and walked away.

I run to find Hermione and once I do put her at wand point.

"What did you do to Draco!" I yell. "She punched him because he made Buckbeak get the death sentence," Ron said. I lowered my wand and ran to Draco who was observing everything from the astronomy tower.

(Fred's POV)

I watched as y/n ran off and I followed after. She put Hermione at wand point and my eyes widened. 

When she lowered her wand I went up to the trio, "Please forgive her, Draco put her in a horrible mood, he came to her dorm and saw us hugging and he got jealous," I said.  The trio hesitated but nodded. I nodded back as I went to find y/n.

(Y/n's POV)

I ran up to the astronomy tower to find Draco smirking. He walked towards me and pinned me to the wall.

"You really went out of your way to defend me from that mud blood," he said.

"Why is Buckbeak being killed!" I yelled pushing him off. "That creature is dangerous, it nearly killed me," he said. 

"It was a scratch Draco, you provoked it!" I yelled again. "He was an innocent creature Malfoy," I said glaring at him. 

"I didn't know he was so important to you," he said with a softer tone.  "He is important, he's an innocent creature, and I care so much for them, why would I want one to die," I looked down.

"He still hurt me, but I'm sorry," he said. "Now why were you and Fred all up on one another," he said with a stern voice again.

"We were hugging Draco, it's not a big deal," I said annoyed. "Not a big deal? That Weasley has had it for you since the first year," he started raising his voice.

"But yet I'm with you aren't I, if I wanted him I wouldn't be here with you," I said. "I bet you secretly want that Weasley!" He yelled.

I got annoyed with Draco's jealousy so I pulled his tie and collar bringing him closer to my face.

"I'm YOUR girlfriend Draco, I wouldn't do this if I wasn't," as I said that I pulled him in for a kiss, leaving him shocked for a bit until he kissed back.

"Better now?" I asked. He nodded and wrapped his arm around me as we walked to my dorm.

*Next day*

I went to find the trio as I wanted to apologize to Hermione. When I found them I wanted to back out and leave.

"Hermione?" I said, "Can I talk to you?" I asked. She nodded and came my way.

"I'm sorry," I said. "It's okay, Fred explained everything," she said.

"Y/n can I talk to you?" asked Harry. I looked over to him and nodded, we walked away from the rest of the trio. 

"I have to find a way to defend myself from the Dementors since you knew how to do the other higher-level spell, I was wondering if you knew a spell I can do to defeat them," Harry said. 

"Well I do know one spell, but you need a happy memory to make it work, I've never been able to do the spell...but I can help teach it to you though!" I said. "We can ask Professor Lupin if he can explain it more to you as I teach it to you," I said. Harry nodded and we made our way to our DADA class to see if he was in there. 

"Professor, I was wondering if you can explain the spell Expecto Patronum, to Harry, I'm teaching him how to do it but have never been able to myself so he could use a better explanation as well," I said.  

After a bit of explaining the Professor followed us to see how Harry does. He allowed us to use the boggart as practice. 

"Expecto Patronum, Expecto-" Harry said as the Professor stopped him mid-sentence. "Take a deep breath," He said.  

"You can do it, Harry, think of something even more powerful," I said. He nodded and tried again. 

"Expecto Patronum," Harry said as he said that the boggart went back inside of the closet it was in. I clapped and hugged Harry. "You did it!" I cheered. He smiled and softly hugged back. 

"Y/n why haven't you been able to do this spell," Harry asked as I let go of him. I looked down and quietly said, "Oh.. umm.. I don't have any happy memories, You know being in the Law family and everything, we strive to be nothing less than perfect so most of my life I have spent it studying or alone." 

"That reminds me, I have to go clean my dorm," I say nervously, as I walk out I can hear him walking towards me but Professor lupin asked to talk to him. 

I don't know when I'll be able to cast the spell but for now, I don't want to embarrass myself if I try and fail, I think to myself.
