Dumbledore's Army

A month has passed and the treatment from Umbridge has not changed. I now more than ever can't snap back, I'm 4 months pregnant now and it's already hard enough, having trouble with Umbridge would be bad for both of us.

As I was walking towards class Hermione stopped me.

"Has Fred talked to you about the DADA class we're going to be teaching?" She asked. "The what?" I said confused.

"We learn nothing in Umbridge's class, Harry, Ron, and I will be secretly teaching the class, using actual magic," she said.

"I'm in," I said. We walked to the Gryffindor common room and saw Ron and Harry there.

"So you're in?" Ron asked. I nodded and went over to the couch to sit. Being pregnant isn't fun when you're tired most of the time and have to sit all the time, I thought to myself. "We need to round up as many people as possible," said Harry.

Ron got a letter from Percy saying that Dumbledore might not be in charge of Hogwarts soon.

All of a sudden we heard talking coming from the fire. Harry got close and started talking to it, I went to check who he was talking to and saw Sirius.

"Percy said Dumbledore might not be in charge for long," Harry said. "Fudge wants him out, that doesn't surprise me," Sirius said.

"The ministry is worried he is turning the students again the ministry of magic," he said. "That explains why we're learning nothing in class," I said.

"Exactly, the ministry doesn't want you trained in combat," Sirius said.

Harry and Sirius talked for a while longer before we all headed to our dorms.

The next day Hermione comes to us angry. She puts the paper she had in hand down and shows it to us.

"Dolores Umbridge Appointed to Hogwarts High Inquisitor," we read.

"What's that mean?" Ron asked. "She has the power to inspect all the teachers, not only that but she has the power to sack the teachers too," Hermione said.

The twins walk by us, "Umbridge is going to be inspecting your period with McGonagall, that toad won't know what hit her," they said.

"You two better be careful," I said. They laughed and nodded as they walked off. 

I went to my dorm since I had a free period and the rest went to class.

Once class finished for them we met up at my dorm. "Where are we going to meet everyone else?" I asked. "Hogsmeade, In the hogs head," Hermione said.

We all left and made our way to the pub. Once we entered we saw several familiar faces, a few we didn't know but that was okay.

Hermione started explaining what this whole thing was. Fred saw I had entered and immediately looked at me worried. I looked away and payed attention to what Hermione was saying.

"Do you really believe he's back?" Someone asked. "I know he's back because I fought him last year, Dumbledore has already said if you don't believe him then you won't believe anyone," Harry said.

"If we want to teach we'll need a teacher," Hermione said. "We're all students, none of us have experi-," Neville got cut off. "Someone here does," Ginny said looking straight at Harry.

"Why is he qualified and we're not?" Someone asked. "He's the only one that has fought you know who," Ginny said.

"All in favor of having Harry as teacher, say aye!" Hermione said.

We all signed our names on a piece of enchanted parchment paper.

"Where will we meet?" Asked someone. "An empty classroom might work," Neville said.
