First day back at Hogwarts

It was the first day of our 6th year today. I woke up earlier then everyone else to spend time with the twins as I was leaving them there while I was gone.

They would be 6 months old this month and I had to leave them. I felt my eyes fill with tears as I hugged both of them, soon I started crying. I heard a soft knock on my door, I quickly wiped my face from the tears and told them to come in.

Molly walked in and saw me on the floor with the twins. "Are you alright dear?" She asked. I nodded as I looked at the twins, my eyes filling up with tears once again.

Molly comes over and gives me a hug, "it's okay, it's just your motherly side not wanting to leave them, do know they'll be safe with Arthur and I here," Molly said.

It was comforting knowing they'll be safe but I didn't want to leave them and miss out on parts of their lives. I spent the rest of the time with them until everyone else woke up and we had to go.

We made our way to the train as everyone said their goodbyes to the twins. We boarded the train and we're heading to a compartment when I felt someone pull me away.

"Y/n how are the twins?" Draco asked. "Piss off Malfoy, you didn't seem to worry about them during the summer, didn't even bother to send a letter to check up on them," I said.

"I was busy," he said. "Too busy to make time for our kids, and what about our birthday, we agreed to spend it together every year and not even that happened, not a single letter explaining why," I said as I freed myself from his hold and walked off.

I went looking for the trio until I finally found them.

"Don't you see it was a ceremony, an initiation," Harry said. "Stop Harry I know where you're going with this," Hermione said.

"It's happened! He's one of them!" Harry said. "One of what?" I asked. "Harry's under the impression that Malfoy's a death eater," Hermione said.

"You're wrong why would Malfoy join their side, He's an arse but he wouldn't dare," I said.

"So what was he doing in the shop? Browsing for furniture?" Harry said. "It's a creepy shop, he's a creepy bloke," Ron said.

"Look his father is a death eater, it only makes sense, besides you all saw it," Harry said. "We don't know what we saw," Hermione said. We watch as Harry gets up and walk out of the compartment.

We arrive to Hogwarts soon enough but there's no sight of Harry. We continue our way to the castle and wait for Harry there. We were in the great hall, as always Ron was stuffing his face and Hermione was worried.

"Will you stop eating! Your best friend is missing!" Hermione said. Once she finished saying that I turned to the doorway to see Harry walking towards us.

"He's covered in blood," I said. "Why is he always covered in blood," Hermione said. "It looks like his own this time," Ron said.

"The very best evenings to you! First off, please join me in welcoming the newest member of our staff, Horace slughorn, he will resume his old post as potions master, DADA class will be taken over by Professor Snape," Dumbledore said.

"As you know you were all searched today, this being because of a student who once stepped foot in this very school, now known by a different name, each second of every day, dark forces attempt to penetrate this castle but their greatest weapon remains... you," Dumbledore says.

Everyone stays silent, I look over to Draco and see him looking upset, somethings different...and I really hope it's not what I think it is.

"Off to bed now!" Dumbledore said. I walk towards my dorm when I hear someone running towards me. I turn around to see Draco. I roll my eyes and continue walking.
