Chapter 54

Aby POV

"Well what happened here? You kiss my cousin but hit on Cameron. What kind of friend are you Liza?" I aksed angrily. "Aby, I dont know what happened. He just leaned in." She pleaded. "Oh, no. I know you're not just blaming my cousin because I didn't see you pull away!" I yelled. My mom ran into the room. "What's going on?" My mom asked. I crossed my arms. "Betrayal." I said going to Jacks room. As he saw me enter. He ran up and picked me up hugging me. "Aby, I didn't know what I was doing. I don't know why I kissed her. I'm sorry." He said putting me down. I crossed my arms. "Jack, you were so worried about Jennifer being unfaithful and I come home to you kissing on one of my best friends! You have to tell her! Soon." I yelled. He sat down on the bed and put his head in his hands. I sat by him. "Did she pull the move on you?" I asked looking at him. "No, she asked about you hating her. I felt like kissing her would make her feel better. I wasnt even thinking of Jennifer. Aby, what have we done?" He choked out. I shrugged. "Imagine if Taylor did this to me? You would want him to tell me even if it hurt me. Jennifer is me." I said rubbing his back. I got up and walked back to my room disappointed.

Cameron POV

Nash walked in. "Well I talked to her." Nash said. I wiped the tears. "What did she say?" I said eagerly. "She sat there with a blank face then she broke down." Nash said looking down. "Bro what have I done? I lost the love of my life? What if I really lost her?" I said crying into my hands. She was the only girl I really loved and fell for. Nash sat by me. "Bro she is probably thinking. Don't doubt your relationship with her." Nash said grabbing his keys. "Well thanks Nash. I'll text you."

Taylor POV

Jennifer is calling me. Should I answer it? I did. "Hey Jennifer?" I said. "Hey Taylor you're going to the dance right?" She asked. "Yeah with Aby." I said obviously. "Well I think you should be careful." She said. I could hear worry in her voice. "Jenn, what's wrong. Why should I be careful?" I asked nervously. "Because Sydney was at the mall talking how she was going to sabatoge Aby's night. I'm scared for her so be careful." Jennifer said then hung up. I thought about it. Sydney would do something like this! She hated Aby for no reason. I called Aby. "Hey baby." She said happily. "Aby babe, we can't go to the dance." I blurted out. She laughed hysterically. I sighed. "Okay what did you really call me for?" She said trying not to laugh. "I'm serious. We can't go to the dance. Bad things will happen." I said nervously. Her mood changed. "What so when you're around me there is trouble? Is that what you're saying? Because Taylor I am really not in the mood to be with someone who doesn't want to be." She said her voice shaking. "Baby, that's not what I'm saying. Sydney is going to try and sabotage our night. I don't want to go through any of that again." I said sincerely. "I understand Taylor." She said flatly. "I'm glad babe. I love you." I said happily. "Love you too." Then the phone went dead. I smiled knowing that it got through to her. I soon drifted to sleep.
