I was awoken in my sleep when my alarm clock rang, I pushed my covers lightly and opened my phone. Blinking away the drowsiness as I yawn, I sat on my bed and dazedly looked at the clock.

I've been sleeping late in the night since I've been having conversations with him till midnight. I think it's because of that fact that we'll soon separate and have our own set of friends soon or maybe it's just that I wanted to deepen our relationship more.

It's already, Monday, time do really flies, I washed my face and got downstairs. I can already hear the flurry paws from my pet dog, bimbi, as he barked at my walking figure.

"Bimbi, my baby" I took him in my arms and kissed his head before placing him in front of his food.

I head over the dining room and sat down before filling myself up with breakfast. Mom was still busy cooking Jerimie's lunch while Joshua dozed on his seat.

After breakfast, I went to the bathroom and showered before dressing up on my uniform and taking my small bag with me.

Senior's week had already finished and it's the start of our practice in our graduation march. I didn't bother telling that I'll have a lunch for myself since the practice will only last before lunch starts.

Getting off the tricycle, I walked towards the gate and showed my ID then turned to my left to reach our classroom. I happened to see the school court and see rows of seats arranged neatly inside of it. The podium was already placed on the stage and several speakers from both sides, teachers were seen walking all over and continuously checking the row of chairs.

I didn't bother to watch more and continued my walk. I saw some of my classmates seating outside the classroom, one was buying hawhaw from the neighboring school supply just a step away from our classroom and the others were chatting idly on the stairs.

I stepped inside our classroom and sat on my seat before Enard came running over me.

"Let's go to your house and watch missing you" Enard came up to me and said out of the blue.

Hanie and Bool was busy having their own fight while Tintin and Brix brought their guitar again. On the other hand, Evan and Enard was looking at me with the same expression that's says 'You'll agree right?'

"Why should I let you in my house, aber?" I scoffed at them with one of my eyebrows raised up.

"Cheh, I'll ask Tita, she'll surely let us in" he retorted making me sneer at him before replying.

"Is she your mother?"

Our adviser suddenly came before he could say anything, she told us to line up alphabetically and to separate girls from boys. She also said that we would have to line up on the back of the school just a minute walk away from the gymnasium. The girls would be on the other side while the guys would line up away from us.

All of us were like trains about to depart, we stood there under the roof of the long line that trails towards the gymnasium. The other girls where chattering, the whole line was filled with girls what do you expect?

I can't believe we'll graduate next month, I mean it's like what- just three weeks or less than that before April 6 comes?

I've been in this school for four years, I experienced my first report, first high school experience, my first gala with my friends, first sleepovers and first prom and many more. This school watched my most embarrassing moments like when I was in grade seven and I was running with my friends not knowing I have splotches of blood from my menstruation over my skirt.

I have a lot of memories from this school, I met him here, Willmark. I think even though we won't have a chance to become a couple, I knew in my head I would never forget this feeling I have for him.

"Huy Jamie, it's your turn to move"

My train of thoughts suddenly brakes when I heard Hanie informing me. I suddenly became aware that I was just dazedly standing there and immediately walked over and narrowed down the earlier empty area.

The familiar tune that heavily reminds us of graduation rang across the expanse of the school. Students that are a part of the boys scout were seen holding a piece of wood and then lifting it up the moment a senior student walks over.

I saw one teacher on the side, she was taking to another student who was about to go enter the school court. She nodded towards the teacher, she didn't walk immediately, only when the student ahead of her crossed the line, then she walked.

"Students of Aguinaldo, Lowiela..."

Then it was our section, the first class to be called was the Rizal class since it's the pilot class. The sections were arranged alphabetically too, with ours being arranged on the second line. I think our adviser would announce the students with honors on the third day of practice, not quite sure about that.

"Jamie Alfranca"

Then it was my name that was called along with the corresponding male student on the class list. I walked over towards the entrance of the court before going inside. I passed the rows of seats and stand before my other classmates.

We stood there for about an hour since there's a lot of students graduating this year and since we're second in the line to be called, we suffered from leg pain. My legs had already numbed from the long period of just standing besides that, we were also told to just look at the front and should not look back.

"My legs aching so much" I heard my classmates groan in pain.

I happened to see some girls slouching, some were leaning on the chairs and the brave ones were seen sitting on the chair.

"It's not even the harder part, we would have to sing for continuous hours after this" I winced at her statement, it's true, I don't think we'll be able to survive this before our graduation.

Just great.

Notes:

HawHaw is a sweet milk candy with a chalk-like texture, wrapped in its distinctive white and mint green packaging.
Missing You (Korean: 널 기다리며) is a 2016 South Korean revenge thriller film written and directed by Mo Hong-jin. It was released in South Korea on March 10, 2016.
Aber, it's a Spanish word and it means to see. It's like go ahead and you'll see how I sort you out after this, kind of that meaning.
Gala, short for gumala, it means to wonder about, to go about idly, to travel aimlessly.
Huy, mostly hoy in tagalog. It is used whenever a Filipino wants to capture your attention, it's like the equivalent of hey.
