I'll be a grade 12 students next year and I can say that I can't wait for it to arrive. Indeed when you're savoring each moment in your life, you wouldn't notice the passing of time and would probably forget that one day, all of these would come to an end.I'm currently out to stroll and just have some food trip with my friends here in Wawa, where we've been going to for so many times. After all Bool and Hanie as well as Enard haven't been to our house in the past months.
"Here's your food" Willmark gave me a stick of banana cue and a samalamig on the other hand.
"Thanks" we walked to the jogger lane and have a conversation with each other.
"Hey! Did you let us come here so that we can see you two being so lovey dovey?" Boil angrily shouted while I turned to him with a smile and said.
"Yep" his face scrunched up in distaste before Willmark and I burst into laughter.
We then reached to a seat and placed the street food we bought near the entrance of Wawa and sat down.
"How's your class?" I asked the three of them and they all simultaneously broke into a sigh. Guess school is just physically and mentally tiring for every student in the world.
"I'm sick of seeing numbers" Bool groaned out loud while Hanie chuckled in agreement.
"Too many activities, plus there's also research" Enard said while I nodded immediately since we share the same opinion.
We continued to share stories, from school to what we're up to now and to the rumors weber heard from our own group of friends. As the sun begun to sets, we become more engrossed in our conversations, laughter's rang from above till it reaches out lips and graced our faces with smiles. We cursed at each other, not me, and playfully teased each other creating another set of laughter making us clutched our stomach in pain.
The sun had long lost its vibrance when we reached the ground, we waved our hands and said farewell thinking we'll meet each other again. My fingers were clasped with Willmark's long and bony fingers as we reached my home in just a drive.
Even as I reach the street corner of my home, the smile on my face seems to never ceased. I was about to go inside my home but then I was held back by Willmark when he tugged my wrist making me look at him in confusion.
"What's the matter?" I asked, my feet still inches apart from the door.
"Um... this December uh... can you come with me to-" I didn't waste a second and replied to him.
"You don't even have to ask! You know I'll go with you-"
"-meet my family"
It felt like I just suddenly took a break but then my head got stung by the seat in front of me, that's what I am currently feeling. I blinked again, thinking what he just said was my imagination but then I see the look of seriousness in his eyes.
