December came with a wave of cool air, with less rain coming towards the Philippines but it doesn't mean that the weather isn't cold enough for everyone.

Today the class of 12 layunan is gathered in the court of madrigal, just a few miles away from our senior high building. Thankfully, the weather is ideal for extracurricular activities and by that I'm talking about practice.

I think in my whole experience as a high school student, nothing beats the amount of practice I've done just by adding my two years of senior high.

"Jamie, do this" Jeline helped me with the steps, thankfully she's my partner or else if I have another partner whose feet are both left, I don't think we'll be able to finish this practice nor would have any advancement.

Diana chose the song "Give me love" by Ed Sheeran and the steps were really pretty and beautiful, if only everyone could dance then it would be perfect.

"Again!" Diana's shout rang across the court. "Let's practice the steps first before we play the song" she suggested to Janmill and berna, the two were also very good dancers.

"I want to sleep now!" I groaned towards Jeline as she laughed at my misfortune, I glared at her and sat down with my knees bending.

"Jamie have you finished the assignment given by our adviser?" Jeline suddenly asked and it was finally my turn to laugh at her misfortune.

"Of course I did" I said with an obvious tone and smirked at her.

Our adviser is the best teacher for me, she's really understanding and the fact that she always talk to us and genuinely cares for us makes sense how my classmates treat her as our second mother.

I still remember when we celebrated Teacher's day, there was a program and when it was our adviser's turn to go, our class president together with Kaye and Michelle came with a bouquet of flowers and flashed a smile towards the camera. It was so funny especially when the emcee told that we kind of disrupted the program and that they didn't know that there's a special segment that happened.

"Well, mind letting me copy?"

"Nope" popping the p and shook my head with a sweet innocent smile.

"Then I won't help you with the dance" I glared at her from below before retorting.

"Fine, it's fine if I make the wrong steps and step on you. It's really fine after all you'll be the one getting stepped at and have her points deducted, it's absolutely fine"

She looks speechless and almost dumbfounded looking at me, then she smiled sheepishly and immediately hid her fangs and curry favor towards me.

"Eh, you're too much Jamie! I thought we're friends! Friends help each other, don't take my words too seriously!" Then she laughed with that very obvious fakeness making me harrump and let her curry favor for me more.

We made a very satisfactory transaction and ended our practice after four tries, though we only reach the half of the dance it was  passable enough to end the practice.

I got home with a beat tired body and immediately lay on my bed to sleep. It continued for two weeks till the day for our final performance in PE arrived.
