Since our class won't have a Christmas party for this year, me and my friends decided to have our own Christmas part here in our house tomorrow evening.Willmark is still busy even though Christmas break has already started, well it's because he's still going back and forth to school just to let the panelist and the teachers check their research paper. I also went to school to pass our revised research to our leader and met the exhausted looks of everyone in the hallway.
"Bimbi, come here!" I squished bimbi's favorite toy and it made a sound, just seconds later I heard the familiar bark of bimbi.
"Ate! I was playing with bimbi!" Joshua came with a sour face while I held bimbi in my hand.
"Well your playtime is over, he's mine now" I turned around and played with Bimbi with his favorite toy.
I just played with him for like over fifteen minutes before I lose interest and moved on to my phone. My messenger was filled with messages from my gc as well as Willmark.
Hey, want to come and eat here at lunch? Dad's diner is open this afternoon.
His dad's diner typically opens at night and it's very much rare that it opened this afternoon. I sent a positive reply before looking at my screen, it's just eleven, one hour more then.
I walked to the kitchen and saw mom preparing to go out again, she must have another customer this day.
"Mom, I'm going to Willmark's and eat at their diner this lunch, is that okay?"
"Yeah it's fine, just get home before midnight okay? No funny business" I burst into laughter at her last words before nodding obediently.
I went to the sink and cleaned the rice before putting it into the rice cooker, mom already told Jerimie to buy their ulam and went out. Coincidentally, some vendor outside was seen and they bought bistek tagalog and ginataang gulay. We would sometimes buy food outside when Mom doesn't want to cook or I don't want to cook.
"Joshua, don't go outside, just play with our cousins inside our home and you" I pointed to Jerimie. "Watch Joshua and make sure that the rest of the kids as well as you- stay alive without my supervision, okay?"
"I can handle myself, Joshua can't" Jerimie retorted before Joshua angrily shouted.
"I can!"
"Can't"
"Can!"
Oh geez, their going to continue this fight until one of them gets pissed off or cry so I intervened and pulled the two of them away from each other.
"Go upstairs and just... do whatever you want! Remember what I've said earlier okay?! I'm going now!"
It didn't take long for me to arrive to their diner, as expected, it was packed with people. I greeted Willmark's father, my future father in law tehee~, with a smile and was hugged by Willmark's mother and grandmother before I was ushered inside.
"Willmark is about to return here, he and his cousins were playing basketball on Palangoy court" his mother informed me while I nodded.
I didn't have to wait long when I heard grunts and shouts from outside, my eyes met Willmark's as he sauntered his way over me.
"You're here, want some water?" He was still in his sports attire, with a sheen of sweat in his body but it didn't disgust me.
"I already gave her some water. Tch, I'm your mother yet your eyes were already on her" the rest of the guys laughed and teased the two of us while my mother in law- I mean Tita, scolded Willmark half hearted.
"Mom" he looks a bit embarrassed and the redness in his neck spread to his ears making me giggle.
"Go and change, your girlfriend is in safe hands" I burst into laughter and saw him scratching his head before obediently going inside to change his clothes
While he was away, his cousins told me some embarrassing stories on his childhood setting bouts of laughter once again. He returned with a fresh and neat appearance and took hold of my shoulders.
"Were going now!"
"Hey! We're still not finished!" One of his cousins shouted he turn around and said.
"You don't need to do that, I'm here" I feel like when he turned around , it's like I'm in a romance movie and he's the male lead saying acting our those cringy words.
We got out and ate, my stomach was bulging by the end of the day and we strolled around trying to digest the food we ate.
...
"Jamie! We're here!" I shot up on my seat and watched my friends just steps away from our door.
"Heh, the bwisitas are finally here" I sashayed my way to their direction but then someone head locked me.
"Holdap to! Don't move!"
"Georgia!" I screamed so loud and my friends just laughed and even took pictures of me, how dare them!
Georgia took her hands out of my neck when I slapped her arm for like ten times before glaring at her for the last time.
"Oh my God that was so funny" Jeline chortled as she wiped the tears in her eyes.
"Heh! I hate you all!" I shouted but they just laughed at me.
"Jamie what is happening- oh, you're friends are here, come on in!"
"They're not my friends Mom" I brutally replied while my mother shushed me and let my close 'good' friends inside our house.
They put their gifts on our table, ot was already dark, it's almost seven after all. I sat on the couch while my brother came and wreak havoc to my friends.
Ange and I went to the kitchen and cooked pancit canton as well as some chicken adobo. Emil on the other hand was serving the rice while the rest is either talking to Joshua or arranging the chairs and plates.
"Let's eat!"
We ate and after that, took numerous pictures together. We decided to exchange gifts at midnight and decided to watch a movie which was a fail since everyone was either on their phones or talking to someone. Kaye even gave an emotional speech about being a part of PABOY and we all hugged her before throwing insults at one another again.
We talked to each other and at the same time ate some snacks before we decided to sleep. The rest of us slept on the floors, I slept on the couch as well as Alex, my eyes closed down and tomorrow, I know we're going to clean this house or else I'm never gonna let them in again.
