Saturday evening arrived along with the day of our most awaited moment which is "Enchanted night"A lot of girls must have been stressing themselves over what to wear while the rest groan from this stupid prom night.
I am currently dressed in a maroon colored dress that just fits perfectly fine on my figure and stops above my knees. My hair was straightened to perfection and with a bit of jewel on my arm and a four inch black heels, I was ready to go.
Mom applied some light makeup on me, thank goodness, my older brother just snickered on the corner when he saw me.
"Ate you look really beautiful today" Joshua suddenly complimented me, as I've always believed, kids don't lie.
I smiled at his compliment and said "Thanks Joshua" before looking at my face.
"I mean you're just beautiful today but I doubt you'll be tomorrow"
Wow, such a brutal honest kid.
"You know Joshua? It doesn't hurt if you shut up for just one hour" then I have him the sweetest innocent smile before mom entered the room.
I snickered after seeing Joshua's stomping figure as he angrily walked on the stairs before showing his tounge at me then ran back to his room.
"Here Jamie" my mother handed me a black sling bag and I put my phone and my wallet in there before thanking her. "Where's Willmark? He's going to drive you towards the school right? You'll be fine there? You got yourself some money for food an-"
"Mom, chill! It's just a prom" I rolled my eyes at my mother's anxious look and then I muttered lowly under my breath. "It's not like I'm eloping with Willmark and won't ever return again"
"Jamie!"
I tried to stop the grin from my face but to no avail it didn't work. "Just relax mom, don't worry, trust Willmark just for this day" she just sighed and nodded to me.
Mom sat down but I can see her getting a bit antsy when she stood up and walk all over the living room. Now I'm the one getting nervous and I don't even know why. Mom's a bit paranoid today, must be because I will spend my night with Willmark and although she likes Willmark, she's still worried about the future.
Then I heard the familiar rumbling sound from a motorcycle, it must be Willmark so I stood up and opened the door.
"You're here" I breathed out the words and stare at his face.
He was clothed in a suit, the color of the deep blue sea with his hair in a slick back style and his fine leather shoes. He looks like one of those English gentleman. His broad shoulders accompanied with his tall figure were perfection. He's like a brand new Willmark, a guy with a luxurious and mature temperament, a side of him that I've never seen.
"Cat got your tongue?"
"W-what? No I don't, stupid Willmark" I pouted, angry for losing myself with his hypnotic pair of eyes.
"Let's go?" I nodded to him before taking his arm. "We're leaving Tita, don't worry I'll take care of Jamie and make sure no harm will befall upon her" he solemnly stated as if he was staring an oath.
