September came together with a lot of rains and even brought a friend along, a tropical cyclone, fantastic.I on the other hand is chilling on my couch, drinking a cup of milo on my left hand and a lady's choice spread sandwich on the table. Willmark was busy revising their research papers while I look at his hunched back.
The only sound coming from the living room was from the tapping of keyboards, my noisy younger brother is out playing with the rest of our cousins and my mom was still out rebonding someone's hair.
"Oh, you're here" I lift my eyes and saw my older brother walking to our direction. "Wanna go to the court after you finish that? We're still out of players"
"No he's still busy kuya, don't bother him" I frowned and sat straight before looking at my brother.
"Fine" his eyebrows rose and I just knew that he doesn't really mind it.
"I'll come, I'm about to finish this" Willmark on the other hand straightened his back and told us.
My frown deepened, my brother just nodded at Willmark after telling him the place they'll be going to. I pinched Willmark's waist making him wiggle like a worm who got drizzled with salt.
"What?"
"Don't what me! You don't need to play with my brother, you still have to lots of things to do" he just laughed at me and caressed my hair. "Willmark!" I couldn't help but scream his name when he suddenly pinched my cheeks.
"I'm not that weak"
"Even so..." I muttered underneath my breath but he just put his head on my shoulder and laughed on it.
Wisps of his hair fell on his wide smooth forehead, his nose is burying into my neck and I could feel the heat leaving his lips everytime he took a breath. I couldn't help but straighten my body and become stiff, his palms were like iron that's been baked into an oven, smoldering hot it even seeps through my skin through the barrier from my cloth.
The house was silent and it was suffocatingly quiet, the air seems to shift from the previous light-hearted ambience to a much more darker and intoxicating level. I feel dizzy hearing the loud beat from my heart and my brain was just in a mush.
"Jamie?"
"Hm?" I couldn't trust my voice, I feel it'll break if I did open my lips and say something.
"You smell good" my breath hitched, I wanted to retort that it's because I always wash myself but my lips seemed to be sealed with a zipper.
The mood continued for a minute of just nothing but laboured breath, palms slick with sweat and heart pulsing so loud.
"Jamie I saw- oh, you're here too Willmark! How's your father's diner?"
Mom broke in and thankfully, Willmark was still level headed enough to move away from me in just a second.
"Um... cough... it's good, a lot of customers came yesterday" mom grinned from ear to ear till she went to sit with us and tell us how delicious William Tapsilogan was.
I wiped my palms on my shorts and decided to just surf on my net and try to forget about the ambiguous moment that just happened earlier.

Friday rolled by in an instant and it means it's creative writing for the whole day. Our desks were filled with bags, notebooks and other things that just makes it more messier and smaller.
"Wow jamie! Look at your score!" Emil pointed out last week's activity which is a film review.
With the bright red ink scribbled at the top of my work, the number 13 out of 15 was more conspicuous.
"Of course, I got help from my bebe Willmark" I proudly stated, just seeing the grade at the top of my work makes all the difficulties of writing and designing it was worth it.
I mean Willmark did the designing part while I wrote my review on the film. I'm really lucky to have gotten his help since he's just so creative with things like this.
"Sana all may bebe" I laughed at emil's envois face and immediately retorted.
"Don't you have one? I think I saw you with a guy on facebook just a few days ago"
"They already broke up" Jeline nonchalantly said which we just nodded to.
Emil had a lot of boyfriends that we couldn't even keep up whose guys he's with and whose guy he's broken of with.
I hold my phone and chatted with Willmark, the rest of my friends were either talking with on e another or watching another mv of their favorite kpop, the rest of the class was just chatting with one another. Then our teacher finally arrived at our class, instantly we all sat straight and looked at the blackboard and I put my phone on my bag before doing the same.
"For your finals, I'm going to divide you into two groups and we'll have a theater acting. You-" she pointed to Barra whose in the first table. "Count first and then follow after him"
Ange, Alex, Esperanza and I got into group 1 while the rest of our friends where on the other group. Our teacher left us not before telling us that we're going to discuss about our play.
Looks like our baggage would become heavier again, just freaking great.
Notes:
• Tropical Cyclone Doksuri, known locally as Maring, cut across Luzon Island in the Philippines between 11 and 13 September, 2017, bringing with it heavy rain that caused flooding and some landslides in three regions.
• MILO was introduced to the Philippines as a tonic food drink with that unique choco malt taste. Since then, it has been a vital part of the Filipino household nutirition.
• William's Tapsilogan is located in National East Road, 1940 Binangonan and is a diner of Willmark's father which is named after their diner. I haven't yet eaten in there though it's just a few steps away from us, jamie, if you're reading this. Please tell your bebe Willmark to offer some 50% off for me! Thanks!
• "Sana all” is a bilingual phrase (Filipino and English) used by Filipinos to hope (sana) that someday everyone or “all” would be in the same situation that you're wishing for.***
Fun fact: Our finals for our creative writing subject was a theater act and I wrote the script and won the best script. Tehee~ Just wanted y'all to know!Anyways, thank you for the love everyone! Have a great day today and everyday! Stay safe and healthy as always okay?!
