The sky has now darken and the winter breeze hits our faces as we walk out of the karaoke building. Everyone talks amongst each other about funny and embarrassing moments.
"No no, the funniest was when Sewoon's voice cracked. You can't beat that one!" Danny laughs as he points at Sewoon.
Sewoon quickly retaliates. "You can't blame me! You know I don't sing!"
"Says the one who wanted to be an idol." Danny mumbles to Chansuk.
"I heard that, Danny!"

"I think we can all agree my favorite moment was the funniest."
Everyone had their full attention on Kangji.
"Sunwoo and Riyae's duet."
"We don't need to go over that again!" I yelled out as the other guys laughed.
"I didn't know you could actually sing this whole time." Jihoon commented. "I mean, you actually have talent!"
Everyone bursted out laughing harder at Jihoon's sudden exclamation.
Feeling slightly offended, I snapped back. "I'm actually good at a lot of things, you just never cared enough to pay attention!" I couldn't help but laugh with everyone else.
"You know you could even be a part of a girl group!" Danny pointed out.
Kangji added. "Yeah, you should totally be an idol!"
"Hey." Sunwoo blurted out, getting Danny and Kangji's attention. "Do you want to die?" His eyes bulged, slightly enraged.
Jokingly, Kangji responded. "I just know she'd have a lot of fans."
Sunwoo started charging at Kangji but he was quick to run away laughing. This was normal behavior for Sunwoo and we were all used to him wanting to start fights.

We continued to talk about other favorite moments as we walked through the city of Seoul, going back to memories from when I first met them and going even further back to their first years of high school. Many laughs and tears from those laughs were shared, but we eventually had to part ways to go back home.
I can't even begin to imagine how they're going to act on graduation day.

. . .

"Riyae! Hurry up, we're going to be late!" My mom yells at me from the front door as I try to add some finishing touches to my hair in the bathroom.
"I'm coming!"
I sprinted down the stairs and see my mother and father waiting for me at the door. My mom quickly fixes a few flyaways in my hair and we make our way to the car.

Today is Hanlim Arts High School's graduation ceremony. Jihoon and the rest of the guys, (besides Kangji and Sewoon), were already there preping for the ceremony.

About 10 minutes before the ceremony, we arrived at the school and made our way to the auditorium to take out seats.
"How long is this going to take?" I asked my mom to mentally prepare myself.
"Probably an hour or so. And don't think about falling asleep."
I let out a heavy sigh.

All the speeches were made and it was time for the diplomas. One by one, each student was handed their diplomas and given a handshake. Danny stood there confidently with a prideful smile. Looking back to when I first met him, you'd think he hasn't changed much but he's definitely grown mentally. Though I don't know much of his inner self, I like to think I know him pretty well. He was the first one out of the guys who I become close with, mostly because he just had an outgoing personality. He acted like a child and never knew when to shut up, but it's probably why I like him so much. Danny is like the light that the others need for motivation and energy.
"Choi Danseok."
They called his name and he was handed his diploma and given a firm handshake.
He tried to look serious but couldn't help but smile.

Next in line was his brother, Chansuk. He kept a straight face the whole time as he stood infront of the people. I always thought of him as a mixture of Jihoon and Kangji; he could often be quiet and a bit cold to people but when it was appropriate, he would express his thoughts and feelings like Kangji would. I wasn't the closest with him but I still consider him like family, an extended family like a cousin maybe, but family nonetheless.

Further down the line was Sunwoo. Looking at him, just standing there brought me a sense of happiness. Knowing that he'll be out there in the world now and becoming more and more successful puts me in so much peace, and the fact that I'm going to be by his side makes it all better. Having gone through all those months, battling my emotions and Sunwoo not even realizing he had any makes this a lot more emotional for me than it has to be. Remembering how I felt the day we first met, I wouldn't believe anyone if they told me Sunwoo and I would be together.
As I stared at Sunwoo, thinking of our journey that got us where we are today, he suddenly looked at me and caught me staring.
I quickly looked away while blushing.
Why did I look away???
I looked back at him remembering that we're literally dating and it's not like he's gonna figure out I have a crush on him...

Even further down was Jihoon. I know that me suddenly coming into his life at 18 (while being a trainee) has kept us from really bonding, but whatever moments we did have, I treasure them a lot. He helped me a lot with getting used to the lifestyle here and all of the new changes, and I really thank him for that. He was also the one who introduced me to all of the guys in the first place...
I haven't really allowed myself to think about how our sibling relationship would be after he moves out. And I haven't really thought about my friendship with the other guys. They're all going to be a lot more busy and I'm beginning to believe that they'll just forget about me; I was only in their lives for less than 7 months. But they're their own people and I just happen to have made friends with goals and passions. The important thing is that I won't forget about them and will support them all no matter what.

After the ceremony, we made our way to see Jihoon. He and the twins were already standing together right outside of the auditorium.
"Jihoon!" I wave my hand for him to notice us.
My mom quickly walks up to my brother and gives him a strong hug.
"We're so proud of you!"
"Thanks, mom." He said with a nervous laugh.
"You're embarrassing him, honey."
My dad simply patted Jihoon on the back as his form of affection.
Once they finished and started backing away, I walked up to Jihoon and gave him a long hug.
"You too?"
"Just for a few seconds." I pleaded.
"Riyae, please don't get all sappy." I can tell he started getting emotional with my sudden gesture.
"Is today the day I get to see the Son siblings cry?" Danny said to Chanseok.
"No way!" Jihoon and I both said simultaneously.
They both burst into laughter.

I look around trying to spot Sunwoo or one of The Boyz members but only see everyone taking pictures with each other.
I think Jihoon noticed because he leaned towards me and said, "He's taking pictures in another room."
I looked at him with slight confusion.
"We're going over there after we all get our pictures taken." He added.
I could feel my heart beat getting faster and faster.

They got their individual pictures taken and then we did group ones. Once we were done, we all began heading to the room that Sunwoo was in.
"Where are you kids going?" My dad asked before we could make it far.
Danny turned around and politely responded. "We're going to meet up with our friend."
"Do you think I can accompany you?"
We all exchanged looks.
"Look, there's the Kim's! We have to go say hi!" My mom grabs his arm and pulls him towards a couple standing not too far from us before he could escape.
My dad's not the social type, I can see why he wanted to go with us.
We just shrugged and kept on walking.

We entered a small room filled with people and cameras. In front of the flashing cameras was a white and yellow backdrop and graduates posing with their diplomas.
Chanseok pointed towards the back of the room where Sunwoo and a few of the members were standing. We carefully walked over there trying not to bump into anyone.
"You're still not done taking pictures?" Chanseok asked Sunwoo and Hwall (whose real name was Hyunjun who was also graduating).
"I think we're next."
I see Sunwoo and Hyunjun standing next to a few of the members that came: Jacob, Hyunjae, Chanhee, and Changmin.
Makes sense only four came, I can't imagine all 12 being here.
There was an awkward tension as everyone looked at Sunwoo and I, mainly from the members.
"Guys, we talked about this." Sunwoo reminded them.
"We know, we know, we just want to hear it from her." Hyunjae replied. A man randomly came up to Sunwoo and Hyunjun and told them to line up to take their pictures.
"Yes, manager." They both responded.
I think I'm gonna need to watch out for that guy...
Everyone's attention is back on me.
"You need to tell us everything." Changmin says.
"Didn't Sunwoo tell you already?" I asked.
"Not everything, he refuses to give us any details."
"Why?"
"He says he'd rather keep things secret. The less people know, the less there is a chance if someone finding out."
"But we have a right to know!" Hyunjae declares.
"We're the ones who even brought it up to him that he had feelings for you."
"And were the ones who helped him come up it's an idea to confess."
"Technically that was all Juyeon."
"Uh...." They noticed my anxious look.
"I guess now isn't really the time, huh?" Chanhee pointed out.
"There are a lot of people here." Jacob added.
"Fine, but at some point you're going to answer all of my questions." Hyunjae made sure he would know everything between Sunwoo and I.
I gave an awkward smile and nodded.
I could hear Jihoon and the twins snickering beside me.
Now I'm not so sad to that I'm not going to see them as often anymore.
