Dinner at Jonghoon's house wasn't the worst. His dad was super nice to me, as usual, and was glad that I had taken interest in his son. Jonghoon and I didn't know Sewoon and Areum would be there, though. We didn't talk much through dinner. At one point, I had thought of just pulling Sewoon aside and fix whatever problem there was but ultimately, I didn't want to ruin the night.

The next day, Jonghoon and I decided to go on a date. We walked around the city and found a pottery-making shop offering classes. We had fun making our own creations that we ended up gifting each other once they finished. At the end of the day, I told Jonghoon how I felt about the situation with Sewoon. He didn't realize it had affected me that much but Jonghoon says he supports me if I decide to talk to Sewoon.

I'm beginning to dread going into work more and more– not because of the work, but because of how much I'm seeing Sunwoo.
We were in the elevator alone once when I was getting out of work. Sunwoo tried starting a conversation with me but Jonghoon called in that moment.
I didn't think anything of it until I bumped into him a second time.
I was taking a restroom break during work one day. As I left to go back, I saw Sunwoo passing by in the hallway. I managed to dodge him before he could say anything to me.
One of either things would happen often. It was already getting weird enough but it only got weirder when Sunwoo actually came into the office. He had something in hand which he gave to our team leader. Everyone was confused as to why an idol would even be on this floor. Yeojin overheard and said he volunteered to deliver a folder from his manager so he could explore more of the building.
I didn't know if I should have bought it or not.

. . .

Earlier in the week, we all received an email from our team leader. It was upcoming assigned projects that were happening throughout the month. I was never on the list because I'm an intern but I was shocked when I saw my name.
It's been three months of doing this internship. While I've learned so much, I know I have a long way to go.
This bliss I felt when I found out I was assigned on a project alone was cut short. I read the full assignment to only find out I would be working with Sunwoo and the members for a whole day.

Jonghoon wishes me luck on my first assignment at work before I left campus. I told him about it since it's generally good news, I just didn't go too into depth as to what I'd be doing. Still, Jonghoon congratulated me for my hard work.
I took my camera and headed over to the studio where the photo shoot was being done.

In the email the team leader sent us, it described my assignment: I was to take photos of the members as they did a collaborative photo and video shoot for a makeup brand.
As I laid awake the night before, I convinced myself nothing would happen. I'd work such as the members and everyone else there would.

I arrived at the location at a perfect time. The members had just finished getting styled and photo shoot ready. To waste some time before getting into the picture-taking, I asked around if anyone needed help, but it was mainly just to delay the inevitable.
They started with the solo shoots first and thankfully, Sunwoo was up first. I took this time to go around and check on the other members.

A few of them were talking amongst each other while the rest kept their eyes on their phones at a distance. Changmin was the first to notice me out of the few members standing together.
"It's Riyae!" He said to get the members' attention. They all greeted me kindly.
"What are you doing here?" Eric curiously asks.
"I'm working." I replied as friendly as I could, making sure to show them the camera in my hand.
"Oh, you're the one taking our pictures to post on our page?" Sangyeon asked this time. I nodded in response.
"We should pose our best for Riyae." Eric suggests. Since some were already together, I took a few shots of them.

I let them take a break as I looked through the camera roll to see if they turned out good. They began to talk again. I wasn't trying to listen in on their conversation but there was something that caught my ears.
"At least it wasn't as embarrassing as Sunwoo being trapped in a closet with Riyae." I heard one of them say jokingly.
I look up at them as I heard my name; they noticed this.
"You remember that, right?" Asked Hyunjae.
"Right." I said with forced laughter. They laughed along.
"How did that even happen?" Eric asked as he catches his breath.
"It was just a weird mishap. Wrong place, wrong time." I say, flustered
"It certainly didn't seem like the wrong place for Sunwoo." Changmin said in a low voice. The members snickered at his comment; I pretended I didn't hear and continued to look through the photos, thought I couldn't stop replaying the comment in my head.
