Once you are calm and meditated, close your eyes. This method is all about tricking/convincing yourself that you are in your DR already. (while your eyes are closed, just pretend that you are there, because you always see black when you close your eyes, so you could be anywhere.) Imagine noises from your CR, if any, are noises from your DR. Imagine that, (for me I am in my bed, But I will wake up on a train see in my DR) I am on the train seat, not my bed. Keep whispering things like "i am already in my Desired reality" "I have shifted" "I am in my DR" Try to push yourself and convince yourself that you are truly in your DR. When you are ready, open your eyes and you will be there.
