A WR, waiting room, is basically a place between your CR and DR. It can bee whatever you like. If you do script your WR, you do not have to script much as you will only be there for a short amount of time. It can be whatever you like, someone you feel comfortable. Once You shift to your WR, you may script that when you do ____ it will lead you to your DR. For example, If you write that when you lay on the bed in your WR and sleep that it brings you to your DR immediately.

Repeat phrases such as "I am in my WR." "I am shifting to my waiting room."

I prefer to have a waiting room because it makes the transition much smoother and easier. For me, it is much easier to shift from my CR to my WR to my DR instead of going directly from your CR into your DR. It also is very calming, helping your subconscious shift quicker.
