Put on a subliminal or some meditation music. Start by saying "I am" in your head over and over as you feel more and more symptoms. Then you can start counting from one to one hundred. After each number use a current affirmation. For example: "1, 'I am in my desired reality.' 2, 'I am in my desired reality.'"And so on. Visualize your DR. Where you will wake up, who will be with you, the weather... Once you feel as though your surroundings have changed, open your eyes and you will be in your DR.
