The Hug Method.

suggest meditating and setting your intentions beforehand when using this method. (or any method in general)
Imagine yourself get up from your Desired reality bed. (or whatever surface you wake up on) Place your feet on the ground. What is the floor made out of? Is it carpet? Wood? Feel the pressure on your soles and the floor under your feet. See someone important from your desired reality walk up and stand across from you. This can be a friend, a family member, anyone who is important to you in your desired reality. You can be as close or far away from them as you like. You can run up to them or they might already be directly in front of you. Now imagine yourself embracing them. Feel their arms wrap around you. While you are hugging them affirm yourself that you are no longer your old self. You can hug them for as long as you want to. Once you are ready, pull away from the hug. You are no longer your old self, but your desired self. Notice how your clothes may have changed, your hair, or even the overall feeling of change ways over you. Now fall asleep. You will wake up in your desired reality.
