Visualize yourself shifting, make sure no thoughts will distract you. Imagine a white light surrounding you, visualize the light and your environment/surroundings into reality. You might feel some shakes or vibrations in your body. Control your breathing and keep your eyes closed. This is when you will start shifting. Eventually the white light will become real, you will hear loud noises around you, everything will seem blurry/underwater/confusing, stay focused and affirm yourself that you are in your DR. The white light may become blinding. When you feel sure you are in your DR, open your eyes. You should feel/hear/know that you are in your desired environment!
