The devil's true face (pt.2)

TP POV:

The ice between Taehyung and Jeongguk's relationship had almost melted. Jeongguk still hadn't fully given an explanation of why he caused the rebellion, but that could wait.

Taehyung had forgiven the raven and decided to just live his life to the fullest from now on. He let go of any past burdens that held him down and beamed with the brightest smile.

And though Taehyung was a forgiving and loving person who could come to terms with his feelings easily most of the time, Jeongguk on the other hand, was the exact opposite. The raven was the type to cage all his negative emotions and ignore them till they finally burst out. You could never see from his face just how much hurt and resentment he stored inside of himself.

And thus he had concealed the fact that he was beating himself over his beautiful twin's misery and boiled in anger from the hate he cultured over the past eons. But from the outside, he was the forever playful and teasing twin.

Yoongi being the older of the two was in an awkward position when he found the two bawling their eyes out while tightly hugging each other. But he had succeeded in calming the two babies down while being awkward all the way.

Now he sat as the two continued to talk whilst smiling at each other. Though it was hard for the death angel to understand if they were flirting or insulting each other.

"By the way, what are we going to do about Eve being missing?" Azrael interjected. The twins finally looking his way. "Do we have to?~" Jeongguk whined. Taehyung and Yoongi looking at him weirdly. "Yes we do" they pressed. "But why~ let's just leave her be~" the raven again whined only to receive a hard slap on his chest by his pretty angel. "Ggu no! That is not the right thing to do!" Taehyung said and pouted. Jeongguk pouting in return. "Ouch, fine~ don't need to be so aggressive baby~" Jeongguk teased his twin. Taehyung turning pink at the nickname. "Aww look who's shy" the raven teased, Taehyung turning red from embarrassment. "Stop~ Ggu~" he mumbled whining. Jeongguk chucking at the adorable reaction.

"I'm still here you love birds" Yoongi bored spoke completely done with their mushy behavior. The twins both looked away shy, unable to retort against the death angel.

"None of us even know what Eve looks like except Lucifer" the man stated. Jeongguk then pulled out his phone and pressed a few times before showing a picture on his screen. "This is Eve's new face." He said bored. Yoongi taking the phone from the youngest's hand and inspecting it. Taehyung on the other side burned in jealousy. "Why do you have her picture on your phone?!" The silver-head narrowed his eyes at the younger. Jeongguk gulped. "Baby it's not what you think. She took a ridiculous amount of selfies while I wasn't looking. I deleted the rest and just kept that one to give to the others. You know how Amenadiel is!" The raven rambled panicking. Taehyung was scary when he was mad.

Taehyung just huffed and without a warning, lunged forward into the latter's chest and snuggled in. Jeongguk heaved a sigh of relief and wrapped his arms around the silver-head's petit waist.

"I think I know her...what was her name again?" The death angel thought hard whilst looking at the picture. "I heard the detective mention something like Liz? Lizzy? Lily? Li-Lisa? Lisa! Yes, Lisa" the raven nodded as he spoke. Yoongi snapped his fingers as if he remembered. "You're right! Lisa! Lisa Manoban. She lost everything while gambling in Las Vegas and took her own life by hanging herself in her hotel room" he reminisced.

"Oof that's harsh" Taehyung spoke. "Well, now we know her human form's name. We could ask Mr. Park to run an id check and see if we can find something" the raven suggested. "Ooh~ look at you talking like a detective" the petit angel praised. Jeongguk just smiled and placed a kiss on his forehead.
