Snow Days

Tubbo watched Techno type away on his laptop, completely ignoring the hot chocolate Niki made for him. Techno was supposed to be on vacation right now, but he'd gotten caught up in work right before they were supposed to go play in the snow.

Niki peeked into the room and sighed, "Techno."

"Sorry- Tubbo you can have my hot cocoa," Techno said as he continued to type.

"I don't want your cold cocoa, I already finished mine," Tubbo said and looked out the window, "We're supposed to be making a snowman..."

"I know, I'm sorry Tubs. Why don't you and Niki go ahead and play and I'll be out in a bit?" Techno gave him a smile and ruffled his hair before sipping the now cold chocolate and looking at Niki.

"I'm making pastries right now, you're typing an email. Your work can wait, mine cannot," Niki said with a glare to him.

"Well I can't drop what I'm doing either," Techno shot back and took another sip.

"Techno."

"Niki."

"Stop fighting! I'll just go play by myself," Tubbo huffed and went outside. He exited Niki's house and started kicking at the snow. He heard the door open and two sets of footsteps crunching in the snow. Turning around, he saw Techno and Niki smiling at him.

"Where we putting this snowman, Tubs?" Tubbo smiled back and led them over to the front of the house.

They stayed outside for a while, making snow angels and a snowman. They had just started on their second snowman when Techno's phone went off.

Techno pulled his phone out, "One second, guys."

Niki saw Tubbo's smile dim and took drastic actions. Bending down, she grabbed a handful of snow, compacted it into a ball, and threw it at Techno.

The pair broke into laughter as it hit Techno in the face, "Oh that's funny, is it?" Techno said as he brushed the snow off his face and put his phone away, an evil glint in his eyes.

Their laughter turned to shrieks as they ran from the volley of snowballs being thrown at them. Ducking behind the trees, they started their attacks and soon overwhelmed Techno.

"I yield! I yield!" Techno laughed and raised his hands. As the two came closer, he quickly scooped up two more snowballs and threw it at them, "Ok, I'm done, I'm done," he laughed.

As they made their way back inside, Tubbo smiled and took both of their hands, "I had a lot of fun today."
