Chapter 35

- - - Kate's P.O.V - - -

15 minutes into the drive I gave up on guessing where we were headed. There was no conversation going on in the car, instead there was a comfortable silence as we listened to the Hot 30 Countdown. I hummed along to You Da One by Rihanna , looking out my window and watching the tree's go by in, one big green blur.

I wake to Cody consistently poking at me.

"Are we here?" I sleepily asked trying to gain focus on where we were.

"Yup" Cody replied popping the 'p' and sliding out of the passengers seat.

As soon as I realised where we were my eyes widened in excitement.

"Oh My Gosh!"

"Have you ever-" Cody tried to ask.

"No" I replied cutting off him off as I stared at the White Water World sign.

"Well this is gonna be fun"

"It would but I don't have any swimmers mister" I said poking his side.

"Got it covered"

"Yay!!" I replied eagerly wanting to go inside.

As Cody went to the boot of their car Angie came out of the front and helped us with two beach bags.

"Now you have your phone so call me when you guys wanna leave, here are your tickets and here is some money, but don't spend it all at once"

"Ok, thanks mum" Cody said kissing Angie goodbye, whilst I gave her a hug.

"Oh mi gosh I am super pumped" I said holding onto Cody's hand as we walked through the gates.

"Me too, now lets get changed and then we can go!" He replied giving me one of the two beach bags.

Once we got changed Cody gave me the map and let me chose the rides we wanted to go on since he's claimed that he has been here a bunch of times.

"You wanna go on one of my favourite rides?" Cody asked with a mischievous smile on his face.

"Uh...sure?"

"Promise you'll go on with me?" He asked looking at me with those big blue eyes and jutting out his bottom lip

"I-I-U-H" I stuttered thinking whether to promise to go on a ride that I didn't even now of...

"Pwwwweeeaaaassseeeee" He winged like a 5 year old.

"Fine" I said giving in...what had I just gotten myself into?
