I woke up that morning to the beautiful sunlight leaking through my white curtains. As I got up to wash my face, I was still in a bit of a daze when I turned around and saw Sarah standing behind me. I gave out a little squeal. I had completely forgot that she had actually came to the Gold coast, I thought it was all a dream.

"Ooh sorry" She said "I didn't mean to frighten you"

I didn't say anything but just hugged her, a month without her was too long.

"You ok?"

"I just can't believe your here" I said "I thought it was a dream" giving out a little laugh at the end of my sentence. "Did you sleep well?"

"Yes like a rock, your bed is so comfy"

"hahah yea I guess it is"

After Sarah and I got dressed we went downstairs to have breakfast. Dad made us a eggs and bacon but failed at it miserably so we went to McDonald's on the way to Sarah's place before dropping her off seeing as mum was still asleep and sick, but not as sick as before which was good.

By the time we got to Sarah's house we had already finished our breakfast. I got out of the car and helped Sarah with her bags inside. She escorted me to her room. It was a fairly large house, mainly brick and wood not glass and white like mine but it was still lovely. It had that country home feel to it and her backyard was quite big but nothing like her big magical house on the beach at Hawaii. I guess she could visit regularly if she got home sick though. I didn't bother asking her how long she was staying for because every time I had with her was magical but I knew soon enough she would have to go back to Hawaii.

"Your house is amazing" I said and I wasn't saying it to make her feel better, it truly was.

"Yeah it is a bit more western than home but it's still good"

She still had a few boxes to unpack when I realised how much stuff she had bought.

"So your not renting?" I asked.

"Nope" she said "We're here for good once we are unpacked"

"Yay" I said a little too high pitched.

We stayed for a little while, while Dad helped them unpack all the heavy stuff. Once they were done we left at 11:00. On the drive back home I got a text from Danielle saying:

'Hey, meet me at mine @ 12 instead of 1, 4 lunch I have 2 tell u something'

I told my dad about the text and said that it was ok and we will leave the house at 11:45.

On the drive to Danielle's house I got really scared. What could she possibly want to tell me? Was it bad or was it good? I just decided to take it off my mind before I got to her house.

When Dad parked the car he walked me inside to meet Danielle's parents. After Dad left Danielle took my hand and ran me upstairs before I could do or say anything.
