Once dinner time came around James woke both boys up by gently shaking their shoulders. "Wh-? Oh, it's dinner time already?" Remus asked while pulling Sirius closer to him out of reflex.

"Yah it is, come on and eat. You two can cuddle until you fall asleep if you want to but for now you need to eat." James replied, his motherly/brotherly tone taking over. The boys blushed and Remus sat them both up.

Sirius forced himself off the bed and away from the warmth Remus brought as Remus too got up.

"I don't know how you two could sleep all day long. I would never be able to do that." James said as they all walked out of their room and headed towards the dining hall.

"Well I don't get much sleep on the normal so this just made up for that. By tomorrow I'll be bouncing off the walls." Sirius said with a laugh.

"Yah and I didn't sleep much last night... or the night before so I am pretty tired. But I should be fine by tomorrow as well." Remus stated as they walked into the Great Hall.

"You two need to have a better sleep schedule." James said while they all sat down with the other Gryffindor's.

"Yah, tell that to my brain and see if it will listen." Sirius said with a sigh as James added some food to his plate, knowing that Sirius wouldn't put much on it on his own.

"Oww." Remus yelped as he grabbed onto his shoulder.

"What the Hell?" He asked while checking to see if anything was there. Nothing.

"Oww." Sirius muttered while grabbing onto his shoulder as well. This didn't hurt him too much but it was still a little pain and was weird.

"What?" James thought of what could have been the cause of their pain and then he remembered. "It's the dare! You have to hug Sirius whenever you think he needs a hug with his consent." James said making Sirius hug Remus.

The pain went away as soon as Remus hugged back. "Bloody Hell." Remus muttered when they pulled away from the hug.

"Yah, not the best dare idea... sorry about that." James said while scratching the back of his neck.

"You're fine juts maybe next time dare me to not have to do it every time and let me do it at my own will." Remus said before he continued eating.

"I can do that." James said with a smile as he continued eating.

"See he doesn't want to hug you. Your just a peace of trash that nobody likes." Sirius's thoughts taunted making Sirius flinch slightly.

Remus noticed Sirius's discomfort and asked "Hey are you ok?" In a whisper while James talked to some kid names Frank Longbottom.

"What? Oh yah I'm fine." Sirius lied while giving Remus the best smile he could muster.

"Ok... can I hug you?" Remus asked while he and Sirius got the pain in their other shoulder this time. With a chuckle Sirius hugged Remus.

"You don't have to ask because your my friend, other people should ask though." Sirius said as he nuzzled his head into Remus's neck/shoulder, Remus chuckled and nodded in response.

James heard Remus chuckle and looked over at them. Once he saw how they where basically cuddling while sitting down he raised a brow.

"Dang I didn't even have to do anything to get them to do that, maybe the ship will sail without much effort on my part!" James thought happily.

"Hey lovebirds, you need to eat. Dinner is almost over." James said making Remus and Sirius blush and pull out of the hug.

"Not lovebirds." They said in sink before Remus started eating.

"Double negative makes a positive. Also Sirius you need to eat." James said with a smile, trying not to come across as bossy. He was just worried about Sirius with how malnourished he was.

"How do two bad things make a good thing?" Sirius asked while he took a bite of the sandwich James had put on his plate.

"It's a muggle math thing, I'm kind of shocked James knew what it was." Remus answered, he had gone to muggle school before he went to Hogwarts.

"Well my mum and dad think that Muggles are cool and decided that because Hogwarts didn't teach math then they would teach themselves. They also taught me the basics." James stated with a smile, every time he thought of his parents he got happy because they where amazing. They taught him things and they loved him and showed it too.

"Oh, that's cool. Do you think you two could teach me? I mean you don't have to if you dont want to of course." Sirius asked, quickly adding the last bit.

"Of course we can! It'll be fun. Just the basics though because it gets really confusing and your not going to use it much here in the Wizarding world." James said happily.

"Yah, we can start tomorrow if you want." Remus added in.

"Or we could practice Quidditch! Or go to the Black Lake and chill out, or we could go to Hogsmeade!" James listed off, his grin only growing more and more.

"I don't care what we do, it all sounds fun." Sirius said with a smile of his own. Before they could say anything else the prefects where telling people to hurry up and finish because dinner was almost over. The three of them quickly got up and left.

"Hey, how about we go to the Astronomy tower? From what I could tell last time it was really pretty. Also it's only seven so we still have two hours until we have to be in the common room." Sirius asked as they wondered around the halls.

"Sounds good to me." James said.

"Sure, it is quite pretty up there." Remus agreed as they all walked up to the tower.

*once they get there*

Sirius had gotten tired on the way up from all of the steps so Remus ended up carrying him up the other half of the stairs. He didn't mind considering his wolf strength helped a lot. Once they got to the top of the tower Sirius got off of Remus's back and started to climb out of the window.

James through he was jumping for some reason and grabbed onto his arm.

"What the Bloody Hell are you doing?" James asked, panic in his eyes as Sirius stood up on the roof/ledge thing.

"I'm going to the roof, come on! It will have an even better view up there." Sirius replied with a grin as James let go of his arm.

"Oh, ok. Come on Remus." James said as they climbed up the tower.

"Coming." Remus replied as he followed them, getting up within seconds.

"Wow, it really is pretty up here." James commented as they all looked around.

"Yah it is." Sirius said while looking up at the stars.

"Agreed." Remus said while looking at Sirius. James looked over at them and Remus quickly moved his gaze to the sky.

"They are totally going to get together soon." James thought with a smile.

*After an hour and a half of Sirius pointing out all of the constellations and talking about space later*

"What time is it?" Sirius asked as he sat up, the other two also sitting up.

James casts a tempus and saw that it was almost after hours. "Its time for us to get to the dorm. Its almost after hours." James said out loud as he got down and into the tower bit.

"Really? Wow time really does fly by." Sirius said as he tried to get down. That was until he saw how high up they where.....
