James and Regulus where woken up by Peter rummaging around his trunk.

"What are you looking for Peter?" James asked as he subconsciously brought Regulus closer to him.

"A new ink bottle. Snape make me drop mine in class Friday and I still haven't gotten a new one. Classes start back tomorrow so I thought that I should get a new one." Peter explained, waking Regulus up fully.

"Alright, well if you can't fine one I have some and you can use one." James stated while running his fingers through Reg's hair.

"Ok, thank you." Peter said before looking at the two cuddled up on James's bed.

"Oh, I didn't know you two where together. Dang, I owe Remus and Sirius some pounds." Peter muttered the last bit quietly, hoping that they didn't hear him.

"Wh-? Oh, no... we aren't, its not. I mean." Regulus stuttered, his face glowing bright red.

"We aren't together... yet." James said making Regulus shut up, blush a darker blush, and then hide his face into James's chest.

"Yet?" Peter asked with a smirk.

"Later on if he says yes then we will be together but if he says no then I respect that and we stay friends." James stated casually making Regulus blush even more if that was even possible.

"Oh, alright. Well you two will be a cute couple." Peter said before waving bye and leaving the room with his new ink bottle and his bag.

"Thanks." James said with a smirk as Regulus hid his face further into James's chest. Once Peter left and shut the door, James and Regulus where all alone again.

"Are you alright? I didn't mean to make it so prominent, if you don't like me like that then just tell me to shut up and I will." James asked, regretting the fact that he basically just said that he and Regulus would get together without Reg having a say in it. (A/N: Not really but that's his brain for you.)

"Your fine. I'm just not used to someone liking me. Or at least publicly liking me." Reg said with a small smile as he looked up at James.

"Soooo you do like me back? Or...?" James trailed off, loosening his grip on Regulus incase he wanted to leave.

"Yes, I like you back." Regulus said, now blushing crimson.

"Well then would you let me be your boyfriend? Its ok if you say n-" James was cut off by Regulus pecking his cheek.

"Yes, I will be your boyfriend." Regulus said before hiding his extremely red face into the crook of James's neck.

"Are you ok with us being public or do you want to keep it private?" James asked with a grin.

"Whatever you want to do, I'm ok with." Regulus replied, he too was smiling but James couldn't see it from him hiding in his neck.

"So you wouldn't mind if we where public?" James asked hopefully.

"If that's what you want then I'm ok with it. It will give me an excuse to cuddle you in public." Reg said as he cuddled closer to James, James tightening his grip ever so slightly. James kissed the top of Regulus's head and was about to say something when Peter came back into the room.

"Hey, Sirius and Remus wanted us all to come to the Hospital Wing and keep them company. Sirius said that Remus was getting bored but he is too nice to say anything about it." Peter said not even batting an eye at their new position or at the fact that James had just kissed Regulus's head.

He knew they where together but he wasn't going to say anything unless they said that he could.

"Alright, we're coming." James said as he sat up, bringing Reg with him. They then stood up and walked to the door with Peter.

"You two are together right? If not then you should get together." Peter asked as they walked towards the Wing.

"Well we are together, how did you figure it out?" James asked as he wrapped one of his arms around Regulus's shoulders.

"Well Reg was basically on top of you while you kissed the top of his head. Last year when Regulus wasn't here you never did that to Sirius or Remus so I figured it wasn't a friend thing. So really it was just a theory but you just proved me correct." Peter stated, by now they where at the door of the Hospital Wing.

"That's pretty impressive Pete." James chuckled as they walked into the room.

"Hey peeps!" James called to Remus and Sirius as Peter blushed lightly at the complement, he didn't get them often.

"Hey!" Sirius called before getting up and hugging Regulus.

"Will you try and harm them if I hug James and Peter?" Sirius asked Remus who blushed in embarrassment.

"I won't but I might have to restrain Comet from trying to." Remus replied before he started to zone out.

"Oh no, Reg you get infront of James, I'll try and take care of Comet." Sirius said while hugging Remus/Comet.

Once Comet came too, he didn't have his ears or tail but he did have his fangs and red ish eyes.

"Hello love *he greeted Sirius before turning to James* you, you took my mate from me yesterday. You are very lucky that Remus took control as quickly as he did. *he then turned to Peter* and who the Hell are you?" Comet asked making Peter back up a little.

"I'm Peter Pettigrew, I'm one of their friends." Peter stated, he was a good three feet away from the bed.

"Comet, they are all fine. I love you but could you please let Remus come back please? We where all trying to catch up some." Sirius asked as he kissed Comet's cheek.

With a sigh and a nod Comet zoned out again. After a minute Remus came back, instantly apologizing. 

"I'm sorry about that, sometimes he can override me and take over. He didn't do anything stupid right?" Remus asked as his eyes lightened and his fangs disappeared. 

"Just some more threats, he was fine." James reassured as he wrapped his arms around Regulus's waist and put his head on Reg's shoulder.

"Ok, that's good. Are you alright Peter?" Remus asked as he saw Peter glance at them and then Jegulus.

"I'm fine. Just thinking." Peter said as he slightly nudged James.

"Alright?" Remus said while pulling Sirius closer to him.

"What's up with you two?" Sirius asked James and Reg making Regulus blush and turn around in James's arms, hiding his face in James's shoulder.

"We're together now and he is just a little shy." James said with a smile as Sirius squealed while Peter and Remus smiled.

"That's adorable!!! Peter you owe me two gallons!" Sirius said happily making Peter roll his eyes with a smile of his own.
