By dinner time Peter woke Wolfstar and Jegulus up. Currently they where all sitting down at their tables for dinner. They where all talking about their next prank when Lilly Evans came over to the group, making them quickly shut up and look towards her.

"Hello Ms.Evans, what can we do for you this fine day?" James asked as he held Regulus's hand under the table. They where public but not as public as Wolfstar so some people didn't know they where together, they just thought they where close friends.

"Hello Potter, Remus, Sirius, Peter, and Regulus." Lilly greeted with a smile, getting "hellos" and "hi's" back.

"What can we do for you Lilly?" Remus asked seeing that she didn't reply to that part of James's question.

"Well I was wondering if I could talk to James alone for a minute?" Lilly asked making the boys shocked that she used his first name and not his last name.

"Um, sure. Just have him back soon alright? We are all going somewhere soon and need him there too." Sirius lied as he and Regulus where talking to each other with their eyes. (A?N: Its a sibling thing.)

"Will do. Come on James." Lilly said with a grin and a wink before standing up and walking out of the Great Hall, telling James to follow her with her hand.

"If I'm not back in ten minutes come and get me please." James said before he got up, kissed the top of Regulus's head and followed Lilly.

*Focusing on James and Lilly*

"Hey Lills, why did you want to talk to me?" James asked not noticing the blush Lilly got when he used that nickname.

"Well I was wondering if you would maybe want to go to Hogsmeade with me?" Lilly asked as she tucked a strand of her long flaming red hair behind her ear.

"Why didn't you ask me out there? They would be coming too if I went right?" James asked, being the oblivious person he was.

"Well no, not exactly. James I'm asking you out to Hogsmeade as in on a date. And before you turn me down I just wanted you to know that I've liked you ever since I fell for you in first year. I think we would make a cute couple too." Lilly said as she bit her lip and looked towards James's lips.

"Oh... um... Lilly, I'm flattered but I already have a boyfriend. I thought everyone knew that already?" James said as he took a step back from Lilly after seeing her look at his lips.

"Really? Well I didn't know, who is the lucky boy?" Lilly asked with a fake smile. She wasn't homophobic but she was pissed that James was dating someone that wasn't her.

"Its Regulus. Sorry I thought everyone knew. We are still friends right? This won't make it awkward right?" James asked as he leaned up against a wall. They where in a corner next to the Great hall's doors.

"As long as you want to be friends then we can be friends. But don't you think Regulus is a little young for you?" Lilly asked as she moved slightly closer to James.

"No I don't think he is too young, he is only a few months younger than me." James said getting defensive.

Before the conversation could get any further Remus came out of the Great Hall and walked over to them.

"Everything ok over here?" Remus asked with a raised brow as he stopped in front of them. James looked slightly pissed off at Lilly while she smiled innocently at Remus.

"Everything is fine. Well I will be in the library if you guys need me." She said with another smile before she walked off down the hall.

"What happened?" Remus asked James as he glared at her as she walked away.

"I will tell you with the others. I need Regulus." James muttered before he walked back into the Dining Hall, Remus following close behind. Right once James saw Regulus he hugged him tightly. Regulus was shocked at the sudden affection but hugged back.

"What's wrong? What did she do? Do I need to hex her?" Sirius asked, his big brother mode on.

"Well, she asked me out and looked at my lips while biting hers. So when I rejected her she asked who I am with. I told her and she asked with a discussed face 'isn't he too young for you?' So I got pissed because he is only a few months younger than me. She was just being a bitch and I let it get to me when I shouldn't have." James ranted as he pulled Regulus into his lap.

"You had all the right to get pissed at her because she questioned who you where dating. Some couples have a five year age gap and not a lot of people care about that. A few months is nothing, she needs to mind her own business." Peter stated before taking another bite of his sandwich.

The others agreed with Peter as Regulus cuddled closer to James.

"Well I'm done eating, what about you love?" James asked Regulus before he kissed the top of his head again.

"I'm done." Regulus replied making James look towards Sirius to make sure that he did eat food. Sirius nodded making James nod as well. "Ok, do you want to go up to the dorm and cuddle?" James asked making Reg nod into his chest.

"Ok well we will be in the dorm room cuddling if you need us." James said as he and Regulus stood up and walked out of the Great Hall while holding hands.

"I feel so bad for Reg. He shouldn't have had to go through all of this crap and now he is super insecure and can't trust people. I fucking hate our ex mum. I hope she got the kiss." Sirius stated sadly and then madly, with a heavy sigh.

"I know, we all do but we can't change the past so let's just try and help both of your future." Remus said in a clam voice as he pulled Sirius into a side hug.

"Ok everyone, dinner is over. Go to your dorms, lights out in two hours." McGonagall yelled across the now almost empty hall.

The three boys quickly got up and left for their dorm. Once they where inside they saw Regulus laying on top of James, their legs tangled together, and James's arms wrapped protectively around Regulus.

They all smiled at the cute couple before Sirius put a blanket over them and then got ready for the night. Once everyone was ready, Peter fell asleep almost instantly like normal as Remus and Sirius fell asleep cuddled together.
