"What do you mean, he's gone?" The morning broke out and the crew had noticed that Zak had sneaked away. Cece rubbed her temples and looked out to sea. It might take days to find him, but at least he still had Calabrass, so what should happen? "Well, Caramba switch to thermal imagery and limit the radius to 10 miles. He can't be far!" ordered Cece. Caramba nodded obediently. "Clovis, as soon as you see Zak, you say. Okay?" Clovis disappeared and reappeared at the top of the mast. "Crogar wonders why Captain Zak does such a thing." "I don't know either, Crogar."

Zak's Point of View

I opened my eyes, debilitated and half-explored. I tried to get up but I barely had a feeling in my body. I feared certain death.

Suddenly, I heard this strange voice again. "I'm waiting for you!" "Where are you?" "Come to the Seven..." Then the contact broke off. Now I noticed the rest of my senses leaving me again.

They had been searching for hours and Cece was slowly getting nervous. She knew bad things could have happened, but she drove her thoughts out of her head. "Caramba, found anything?" Caramba shook his head in disappointment. But suddenly Caramba seemed to receive something. "Stop the Chaos!" The ship stopped abruptly. "What do you see?" asked Cece in a panic. "I can sense a small source of heat behind this ice wall." Cece looked up and only now realised that this ice did not originate naturally. "Zak must have locked himself in to survive the storm." "And how do we get him out of there?" Caramba shrugged. "We're going to smash the ice. Get Chaos ready to fire!" The Chaos hit the ice until cracks formed and it eventually collapsed. Calabrass, who was still lying next to Zak, had to complain first. "Why did you take so long?" Cece bent down and touched his hand, and pulled it back in horror. "He's freezing cold." His friends reached out to him and Cece grabbed Calabrass.

Zak opened his eyes and the first thing he saw were the faces of his friends. Carefully, he sat up. "You really scared us," Cece said earnestly. Zak regretted his actions, but suddenly he remembered the voice. "The voice!" Zak jumped up and ran up to the deck, and his crew followed him, bewildered. And suddenly, Zak heard it again. "Come to the Seven-" "Did you hear that?" Cece looked sceptically at Zak. "I didn't hear anything at all!" Zak stared at his friends in dismay. "Calabrass?" But even the sword seemed to hear nothing. "But I'm telling you! She says we should go to the Seven!" Zak still got confused looks. "Caramba! There must be something in your database!" "Zak, I think you must be hallucinating." Zak gradually became angry. Why did no one believe him? Determined, Zak took the wheel in his hands and set the coordinates... wherever. "Zak, this is madness!" "Please trust me. Just this once."
